I called them in November for opening new account since November to now one sales manager came talked me and yesterday text me he reigned so again I have call this company for my ice box and set up account worse company zero communication skill.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! I haven't had my ice box filled up in 3 weeks. Every day i get told that someone is coming that day but no one shows up. If you value your business and your sanity, stay far away from this company.

I wish i could go in negative star otherwise i would have given -1000000 stars more to this brand waiting for ice since 1 month calling everyday no delivery yet. It's not premium ice It's just premium at worst loosing your business.
