Shout out to Alex and Brenda. Alex gave me a tour of the Loves Park YMCA, while he was helping out there. Such a pleasant young man. Brenda signed me up!I'm looking forward to getting back on track with my health plan!

As of 2023, the weight room is way too crowded. If you use the swimming, pool or other facilities, it might be worth it. However, if your primary interest is in the weight room, I have a membership to planet fitness where the equipment is updated and there’s not nearly the crowd.
