Simply put, easily the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. I don't say that b/c of the organization, or presentation of the store... I say that b/c of the majority of customer service I've received.The first time I ever came to this location... the pharmacist was so rude to me, and made me feel so judged that I honestly cried when I left.I had to come to this location again most recently and nobody came to help me in the photo department. Not even after I "rang the bell" and Marie tried to track someone down to help me. Actually, to be honest, the best interaction I've had there yet, was with that sweetheart (Marie). She's the only one holding that store together customer service wise, so kudos to her!TLDR (too long didn't read):AVOID THE PHARMACY HERE AT ALL COSTS. You'll have a much better experience at the Walgreen's Pharmacy on East Riverside & N. Alpine.Let me know if you want other pictures of what the inside looks like. Thank you!

Kaycee and Shae were so helpful tonight. I came in to copy a photo and they both jumped in to help me. They were so nice and never made me feel like I was imposing on them. Two great employees!

I just paid almost $68 for a prescription for an antibiotic out of pocket with good rx card just to find out that it's completely free at Meijer with or without insurance or a discount card. THIEVES

Went to grab a prescription which went great but then had to pick up alcohol so went up front to pay as to not busy up the pharmacy and they had no one 21 to scan my alcohol upfront and then told me to go to the back where I had to waste the pharmacys time how do you not have anyone on staff upfront able to scan alcohol maybe double check your schedule before posting it as to not inconvenience your customers that's ridiculous

Went to get a prescription, the one lane was taken so we went to the second one and was told to wait she got done with the first guy that was there and helped two more cars after that BEFORE helping us. It was hot in the car and they were taking forever 100% do not recommend.

I don't know what's going on at the north 2nd/Riverside Walgreens but I've heard others say they are no longer getting quality service either. Debbie & the young man are good the rest are rude...what a difference. May try CVS.

Not sure his name... but the store manager(I'm assuming) is very welcoming and helpful. Always a clean store and very organized.. items are always faced as they keep their shelves very up to par! Highly recommend

Didn’t choose to use Walgreen’s pharmacy, my insurance provider forced me to. Not once have they ever filled my prescription with the correct quantity. It’s supposed to be filled monthly, but they never have enough. Ever.

I always like the Walgreens on the 251. They have started to slow done, the app. lost it mind. Idk why they had to mess with basically perfection on their app. But, now as far as pharmacy most things don't work, yet did perfectly just 40days ago (I.E. if you need a refill, but you don't go thru the app. U can't click on a refill button!) You have to actually call them asap and stop them from working to tell them to contact the Drs. that is B.S. when everything else is done thru the app. I have complained to the developer twice now cause they had to mess w/ some that worked on everything (even if you traveled!) Now you have to call them for a refill, with! Walgreens has gone to the pits just in 45days that I have noticed. Put it back, put it back!!!!!! Disappointed in u all! If u drop of a script the night before they don't start it at 9 am like they should, they wait 6-8hrs to complete, not even the normal 2hrs. They used to treat me w/ utmost respect, now I get the eye rolls and the computer did it or your ins. I call my ins. & They tell me they haven't even tried to submit it once yet, but they will text u that it's the ins. Co. fault and then tell me they didn't put it in the computer! And act snippy like I somehow did! Idk what happened, but it must be fixed! Oh also a family member had to go back because their pill's where short even though class 1's & double counts is on and was circled & initialed twice 3 times! The last month they where honest however and fixed the 29 mising pills the 2 months be4 that they said my relievtive should have called, duh of course they called, but while dying of cancer they where treated like punks! They still owe them 46 pills! Their pill poppers are NOT our problem! So buy a pill counter or go to CVS for now!
