Inside car wash vehicle in front of me was riding breaks through wash, stopped at the tire shine several car plus myself were honking our horns and the employees didn’t stop conveyor belts ramming us into the car damaging our new vehicle. Police said it was property damage due to the conveyor belt and car wash refuses to take ownership or release video to prove negligence on their behalf. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

There are very few purchases I am satisfied with, but this one was perfect. I am very happy with the subscription I bought. Well worth the money when I can wash and clean any time, and my car comes out shining like a penny every time. The business is a great asset to the City.

So far it's the best in the Rockford area. It's nice having an area to pull in after the wash to finish drying off your vehicle and vacuum if needed. I recently joined their club for the top tiered wash. As long as they stay consistently good I will remain a member.

Damaged accessories when went thru the wash. As other reviews have mentioned the rapid whipping movement inside the car wash can take off or damage accessories in your vehicle so be forewarned . I for one will NOT RETURN. There is a reason why most successful car washes around are TOUCHLESS .Service: Car waxing

My car was quite dirty, and is mostly clean. But this wash only cleaned as well as a rain storm would. Through the duration of the wash my front license plate got folded in half. All of the bugs are still splattered on the wind shield. I would expect this level of clean from a gas station, but not a $20 wash, and CERTAINLY not from a $35 subscription.The concept is super cool, but the wash quality is definitely not there. Staff seems super friendly though.

Best car wash around and way better than the creeps down the road.The car wash facility is so easy to use with their belt style not the ones where you have to put the wheel in between the guides that scratch your tires up. Also, the facility is very clean and the employees very friendly. This was shown when my dad thought he had purchased a membership but only a one month. They helped him explaining this kindly and gave him a free wash anyways. Also they do not require a sticker to be placed in the windshield which is great! Great wash and you can go through as many times as you want. Other places claim to be unlimited but are actually limited.Lastly, their app is very easy to use and they are very transparent with their renewals unlike the thieves down the road.

At first I'd always be skeptical and worried about scratches. Took my car in to try it out and enjoyed the experience, especially my kids with the rainbow soap bubbles. Vacuums always had good suction. Brought new truck in and would always come out clean. Always happy with service. Thank you for whomever had found antenna topper kids were happy to have Micky topper back.

I paid 20.00 Dollars for the carwash and my car didn't get cleaned I got out to fixed my mirrors it bent all the way out and checked my car and the front end was still covered in dead bugs I'll never go back

Second time get a car wash here and my car look like it never been wash and they vacuum are old and don’t really work I only went back the second cause I thought maybe I will try them again but same result you can wash your own car at home and have better result so I won’t be going there againService: Vacuuming

Excellent car wash! Was able to remove a significant amount of big debris from the windshield and front grill - despite having been out in the sun for several days. Impressed with the customer service - while I was vacuuming the car, an employee approached me asking if I had a Honda trailer hitch cover. I do and he mentioned that he found it inside the car wash and had brought it out to me and replaced it for me. I was impressed that they retrieved it from in the car wash and then brought it to me. Will be going back for sure! Thank you!

It's way too hard on the vehicle. I drive a jeep cherokee and it was rocking my car back and forth, i can't imaging going through there with anything bigger. Definitely won't be going back, i'm surprised it didn't break my wipers, mirrors or license plates.

Car came out clean ... and missing paint in multiple places.Will be contacting them to see if anything about this can be done. If not, my review won't be updated and I'll never be coming back.
