We rent from Culligan. Reverse osmosis and water softener. I'm really happy about it. problems are fixed with no delay, service people are very professional and explain everything well. I love knowing that my water is clean and pure and not having to change filters or lug things around is great. Highly recommend

Had an issue with a 2 year old Culligan water softener. They worked with me to get the problem resolved. Randy and Jennifer and all the staff went above and beyond to get the issue fixed!!! Thanks!!!!!

Water is good but the front office customer service is awful! I don't have the luxury of having the water delivered. Nor do I have the luxury of getting off right on time (4:00). So I have to take my gallons in. Twice I have been either 1 minute to 2 minute past 4:30. The ladys refuse to help by opening the doors to provide service. Awful service!

Chris did a great job of explaining the hardware and Culligan mobile app. And also getting everything setup for install. Chris even came back out to test the water to insure systems are working as should. Regarding the install, ask for Aaron! He did a great job taking out the old equipment, and installing the new. Attention to detail, tubing was neat cut to size, he made the tubing runs shorter to be efficient to deliver water quicker with delivery pump. And also explained the system in detail. Overall great service from Culligan Rockford.

Great customer service, easy transaction, friendly staff, fast delivery and installation. Chris Bolger was very professional, explained everything about the equipment, answered all my questions and scheduled follow up appointment to test the water after the installation. Aaron and Dustin installed the equipment. I highly recommend Rock Valley Culligan.

Always happy to help whether you walk in, call, or take a delivery. The delivery driver is always very courteous and detailed. This past time I had a concern about my water softener working properly. He explained to me the workings of the softener then tested my water for harness before he left.
