I asked the female teller if she would fax the last six months of my checking account transactions to an apartment manager. She immediately took my info and while the copies were being printed, waited on three customers. Then took my copies to the fax machine. This satisfied customer was back on his way in a little over ten minutes. I love this bank. Competent cheerful employees.

I followed the rules. I made an appointment to speak with a banker vs. walking in. The only banker had someone in their office when I arrived on time. After waiting few minutes, I brought up the pnc chat on my phone. When I realized the chat was going to take care of everything I needed, I walked out after 25 minutes into what was supposed to be my appointment. Lesson learned, do everything through the chat first before waiting to speak with a banker in person.

Like most of the people doing reviews I'd give them zero stars if I could because pnc sucks so bad. Went in there today to do a simple deposit it's not brain surgery. They had one totally incompetent teller working and 2 more ladies standing around behind the counter doing nothing. They had 2 more people sitting at a desk greeting customers. How about opening another lane so people can do their banking and get on with their lives. Didn't even get to do my transaction because I spent my whole break waiting in line.bunch of idiots

Customer service is complete garbage nothing but terrible employees. Employees Lied straight to my face and then continued to help my wife just not me if u value your time or money you wouldn’t bank at a waste management company like this one

Horrible when it comes to catering to the handicap. They took away the drive through in loves Park and now you have to walk inside. I am on oxygen and this is unacceptable. The closest drive-through is on the other side of town and I just don’t think it’s worth it. time to look for another bank because PNC doesn’t like handicap people evidently.

Went to open an account with my son, arrived at 5:25 pm. Closing time is 6:00 pm. Was told we had to make an appointment to open an account. Pretty sure I didn't have to schedule an appointment when I opened my account. Very dissatisfied. Will be closing my account and going elsewhere.

Phone number just rings and hangs up, called customer service and they said the same thing happened to them for 2 different people. Imagine being a business with a non working phone number.

I have been coming to this bank for about five years now. Their service has definitely gone downhill since I started going to this branch. I went through the drive-through and spent almost 20 minutes waiting for a full transaction. I needed to get a cashiers check, and sent up my two forms of identification to one clerk. In the middle of the transaction they changed out clerks and I had a different person. This person then disappeared for about 10 minutes, and I saw a food delivery driver with Taco Bell and the second clerk stopping outside to grab their lunch. After several more minutes of waiting, the first clerk I had finally pops back up on the screen to complete my transaction. All of this seemed incredibly unprofessional.
