I scheduled ahead online and showed up to the clinic a couple of minutes early than my schedule time the receptionist was very friendly and assured me that because I did the registration online all I need to do was have a seat and they would be right with me.They called me back and the nurse asked what I why I was visiting and took my blood pressure. I told her and she said the doctor would be right in. The doctor came in 30sec later and I explained to him what was going on and he looked in my ears and prescribed meds sent them right to the preferred pharmacy.I looked at my time and it had been exactly 9min. After my initial appointment time and I was out of there. Everyone showed concern bout me and did it in a timely manner best experience ever!

Very attentive, the visit was very quick using the preregistration and having an appointment time to show up. I would highly recommend this facility to friends and family.

I had very good treatment from receptionist to nurse to doctor prompt service the dr was great the nurse and receptionist as well thank you for all you do.

The receptionist and staff were so caring. We were in and out and it was a nice experience even though the little one was sick. Highly recommended.I hope they post this on the website so everyone knows!

My family and I always go to Immediate Care on Riverside in Loves Park. Our visit on Wednesday, December 20 was NOT good. While taking my daughter’s vitals, she was on her cell phone the entire time. She then left the room and left the door wide open while she continued to talk on the phone. We thought she was coming right back so we didn’t get up and close the door right away. She was gone for 10 minutes! I did get up and close the door before she came back. The PA at the clinic that night was also very unprofessional. My daughter’s influenza culture came back positive and when he came into the room, he stood at the door, said they had the flu & that they would feel better by Christmas, gave a Rx for Tamiflu, and left! He didn’t look in their ears or throat, or even listen to their lungs. It was an absolutely HORRIBLE experience.

I received excellent care during my visit. There was no wait time and I was able to schedule an appointment that worked best for me online (I was seen after 5PM on a Friday). I found the staff to be caring and kind. Douglas Blazer was my physician and I have seen him all 3 times I have been there. He provides excellent care. He answered my questions and I didn’t feel rushed. I highly recommend him.

Scheduling was easy. Nurse was friendly and thorough. The dr was not rushed or indifferent. He listened to my concerns and gave the appropriate prescriptions. I will definitely go back if needed.

I had sliced my foot about 630 pm on a Saturday night on something and with being a diabetic it was important I got my foot taken care of. Dr. Blazer was amazing as always. He's patient and kind and has a great bedside matter. He stitched it up and sent in meds. The two nurses I had were Donelle and a blonde, young gal which sadly I can't remember her name she worked that night 12/16/23, they both had great bedside personality and cleaned and wrapped my foot up and went over the instructions. The receptionist could have used a bit more personality but I was the.last Patient in and made their night longer. All in all kept me from having to go to the ER.Thank you to those people and their care.

Absolutely horrible service. Receptionist was rude. Our nurse was incredibly rude, chewing gum the whole time, slouching, and acting like she didn’t want to be there. She didn’t understand what it meant when I told her I was having flu-like symptoms, and when the doctor came in, all she told him was I had a fever. He was genuinely surprised when I told him my other symptoms. They didn’t check me for flu or Covid or anything. Told me nothing looked wrong and to keep taking OTC meds. I have never felt so stupid and disrespected in my entire life. Do not go here if you want medical care providers who actually care about your well being.

Scheduled an appointment the night before, filled out all the paperwork as well at that time. Showed up 15 minutes early for said appointment. It was nice they got me back about 20 minutes after my scheduled time, then a nurse opened the door surprised to see me in the room. She was pleasant though, took my vitals. I think they forgot about me because it's now an hour after my scheduled time and I'm still waiting. Don't try to do an appointment here during your lunch hour. They'll forget about you and make you eat into PTO.
