Member comfort is not a high priority. 2x I was told to leave locker room while still in the showering process (with less than 5 min notice) because they had male workers coming in. Both times was during morning busy time at the gym. On one occasion actually had to move to family locker while still wrapped in a towel as they let the workers in before I had the oppty to fully dress. Management gave the cursory apology with a "have a nice day" upon departure.

Love this place. Great staff. Locker room is always clean. Also has a good atmosphere.

I appreciate everything the club has to offer, daycare, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, Sauna, steam room, free classes, separate men women and family locker rooms with shower's and a variety of cardio and strength training equipment. I do miss the towels that were provided before Covid and it does seem like it is starting to get overcrowded at times.

Allie and Alex are hands down the best staff I have met in any gym establishment that I have been apart of. Thank you to them and their ability to make members feel safe and at home at such a big gym. I will be keeping this membership for sure.

I love this place. Been a member for a few years now and have had nothing but positive experiences here! They have free weights, Dumbbells, and pretty much any piece of workout equipment you could need. A basketball court, women's only area, one of the best daycares I've ever used. Saunas, hot tub, inside and outside pool.My only complaint is their dress code.I get hot really fast and hate working out with a shirt on but here I'm not allowed to take off my shirt. Plus I'm trying to show off this amazing physique lolMeanwhile the woman can come in wearing shorts smaller than my underwear with their butt cheeks showing, sports bras, and ive seen thong bikinis in the pool while I'm here with my 9 year old daughter.Seems like a big double standard to me and I don't like my daughter having to see that.And they could use an ice machine. The water fountain water is gross imo so when I run out of my water I'm just thirsty until I leave. A bit expensive too but with all they offer I think it's worth it if you take advantage of everything they have to offer.

You have deadlifting platforms but no deadlifting bars. I do not understand the point of a platform without proper equipment. Should invest in a kabuki bar or some Texas Deadlifting Bars it is in the name. Just please get it I wanna have a good experience but I can not even use proper equipment.

This place is gorgeous. They have everything you can imagine including a huge splash pad, hot tub, play area, and women-only workout area. This is really like a resort where you can spend the day.The lap pool and deck area is a little grubby, which is out of character in this otherwise spotless environment.The lady who runs the Pilates program is great. But I would never take a class with Alicia.

I went to peak last night to cancel my membership in person. They ran out of the paper forms to cancel membership. Alex, their staff, apologized and told me he will allow me to cancel membership over the phone due to the forms being out, he told me to cancel in the morning he will be at peak at 10. I called the following morning and a lady answered the phone, her name is Haley, she told me I could not cancel the membership over the phone, I told her that Alex promised me that I could cancel over the phone. I told the lady who answered the call that they better have thousand forms ready for me to cancel membership when I get there, I can’t wait to cancel my membership. PEAK MANAGEMENT YOU BETTER GET BETTER TRAINING/COMMUNICATION TO YOUR STAFF MEMBERS! DO NOT MAKE PROMISES WHEN UNABLE TO DELIVER.

it’s aight it’s not all that when it comes to actually lifting they cater more to old people or people that don’t know fitness and little kids. Also plus are the courts people go there for just the courts.Machines are always broken they never make the effort to fix them they just put a sticker on it.If something that isn’t equipment breaks they just put caution tape around it and leave it.

First time going since getting the premium membership. My friend and I were planning to go swimming. The tall blonde man asked for his ID. Unfortunately he didn’t have it. He tried to explain he had a membership but the employee ignored him and just grabbed the sign kept pointing at the “no exceptions” which we understand and weren’t going to argue because rules are rules. The fact that he trapped the sign and held it to us saying” no exceptions, no sense of good customer service very unprofessional, he was just flat out rude. This being my first visit to this location was very disappointing might cancel my membership.

Starting over at a new, larger gym can be intimidating, but Drew takes the time to make sure that it won’t be. He’s never too busy to greet you warmly by name or check that you got the most out of your workout while you’re leaving. He’ll take the time to help you track down missing weights / attachments or show you how to use equipment you’re not used to.Having someone genuinely care about the experience you have makes the membership worth it. He shows that he knows that.

Not anything special. Weighs were disorganized nothing was put away.. The gym cleaning wipes were empty. It did not feel clean. On Sunday there were a bunch of teens just standing around the benches talking. I prefer to get in and get out. Sauna was nice after workout, but had someone's dirty cloths left in it. Gross.
