About 4 years ago I hit a deer and caused a heavy amount of damage to the passenger side of my truck. I took it to Parson's and they did an excellent job then and was incredibly happy with the service and quality of work. Fast forward to a few weeks ago I noticed a few small bubbles on my fender. We live in the midwest and GM vehicles are prone to rust... so that was my initial thought. I brought it in to see if anything could be done as I plan on keeping my truck a very long time. After Chris looked at it he said it may actually not be rust starting but rather a defect covered under Parson's warranty program. He called me the next day after verifying and stated they would repair it for free under warranty! I had forgotten about the warranty program! How many businesses stand behind their work anymore?? Parson's does and I had never even considered it possibly being a defect, especially after almost 4 years! The whole crew and the owner are incredibly friendly and professional. I got my truck back after just a few days looking great! Great service and the work speaks for itself!

I got my rear bumper replaced by them a few years back, now the paint is pealing and cracking. No other spots on my vehicle is doing that except the piece they replaced. Not only that, the bumper is the wrong black, lol. Another collision center had examined my vehicle for hail damage at the time and asked me if I knew that I had 2 different blacks on my vehicle. I called Parson’s to notify them to see if there was anything they could do and never heard back when I told them about it. It is what it is though I guess. Learned my lesson.

I got into an accident and had to get a few things replaced and my experience here was amazing. They were quick. Communication was awesome. They even washed and vacuumed my car!

I needed a small repair done on a 22 year old car and Parsons sought out the correct part that was needed. It was a small job but they gave me very excellent service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

I had a big dent in my truck, i took it to Parsons for an estimate and it was very reasonable even that i requested OEM parts. Made the appointment and got it fix. There was another charge for $150 for internal damage below the bumper. I asked if i could see it in person because i was having the person who hit my truck paying for the repairs and i didn’t want him thinking i was texting to take advantage. They showed me the damage. I agree to the extra repairs. They did an excellent job and detailed my truck very good. I used to work in a body shop so i can tell if the repairs were not done right.
I will recommend them for your future repairs.

Unfortunately we had to take 2 vehicles to parsons that wasn't our doing. But with that said, they did a fabulous job both times. I would never hesitate taking our car here if the case ever rises

Come to discover Parson's left out the wiper fluid reservoir when they rebuilt the car. You would think there would be some quality control for something as obvious as a fluid reservoir. After such a blatant oversight, we wouldn't recommend Parson's to anyone. You would think the gap in the engine might suggest something was obviously missing.
