Terrible, 3 months after getting my car is broke down, I got it fixed with the reliability that was promised and 3 months later it broke down again, I then tried to return it and she said after 6 months it can not be given back. A complete scam they just want money. I would never recommend anyone go here

I took my son there to buy a truck she wasn't very friendly... And while I was there she was disrespectful to her employees in front of us.... It's been a month and a half still waiting on plates to come contacted the state and was informed that electronically it was filed but they were waiting for the paper title and paperwork.... Call her today she said that she overnighted it to the bank the title we contacted the bank and they don't have it yet.... Don't know what's going on but something's not right and we're still waiting for plates this is not acceptable.....

She is very unprofessional and disrespectful. My fiance and I got a vehicle 2011 Cadillac Escalade all black and had so many electrical problems a gas leak and when brought to her attention said nothing was wrong with it. We ended up sending the car back and our son's car seat was in the vehicle. She said she no longer had our belongings but her dad went to go look and it was full of oil. She laughed at him and when he exchanged some angry words about her behavior, her father then proceeded to get a crowbar and came after him with it. The car is still sitting there unfixed and for sale still. Do not get a vehicle from her she is a scam artist and has her children running all around and doesn't fix anything.

If you're looking to get conned, if you're looking for a cheap but then advertise as a well conditioned car. If you're looking to get manipulated then go ahead and go to Nica's Auto if not then I will suggest you move on and go somewhere else to try to get your auto needs. The entire family and establishment is false and will take you for everything that you have.

Lady said the car was a clean car and one minor dent with 117,000 miles. Drove 2 hours to look at the car it was covered in hail damage, interior was disgusting and trashed as well as many many other issues. Brought my own scanner, no surprise they cleared the codes and the car had a code for a misfire it ran terrible. I would not recommend you give these crooked people any business. Lady was rude, worst customer experience I’ve ever had

Sandra and I are extremely pleased with Trisha and Roberto. We have purchased a vehicle and have worked for them in the past. We also have referred many of our friends to Trisha and Roberto for vehicles. Our friends said that Trisha and Roberto are extremely friendly, extremely respectful and very helpful in the assistance of the vehicles that they bought. I'm not understanding why this company is not under investigation. Everyone keeps complaining against Ms. Tricia. If you notice the majority of the people who gave 5 stars are the same ethnicity as herself. I honestly believe she is prejudice especially against blacks. She speaks soooo nice to you until you give her your money then the real demon comes out of her. Her kids run all over the place. Like everyone say, she catch you when you are vulnerable with limited income and sell you some trash! BEWARE OF THIS WOMAN PLEASE

I don’t know where these good reviews are coming from. The lies they tell. I wish I could give zero stars. The young lady at the desk was rude and very unprofessional, her kids were running around everywhere. The attitude this lady has is unacceptable especially when you’re in the business of selling cars or anything for that matter. These type of cars places bank on the desperate people who could not get a better car otherwise. That’s what I get for trying to be cheap.BUYER BEWARE‼️‼️‼️ The cars they sell comes from the auction which means you could be getting anything. There was 2 dodge chargers one for $3800 and one for $6000. The young lady said the $3800 was all cash but I could finance the one for $6000. The exact same car except for the mileage was different and the one for $6000 looks good on the outside because they probably did some body work to it but the inside had bullet holes everywhere. When you open the drivers side door the speaker is busted out plus on the side, there’s a hole up under the steering wheel. Open the back door and there’s bullet holes in the door. The engine light came on as soon as they turned the car on and it shakes really bad. Please spend your money elsewhere. You have been warned. Terrible customer service.

I have seen some of the negative reviews and I can say, I don’t see where they come from. I really enjoyed my experience, met Tricia and she did everything she could to get me in what I did have interest in. Highly highly recommend.

This place is a one stop shop you buy a car from them 5-10 days later its broken down the cars are not just used they are junk cars not worth buying a car from them, they cant tell you nothing about the cars on the lot, Tricia Ortega will sit and take pictures in your face while calling herself conducting business and its always about the money and will take your money and go over seas wont fix nothing they dont answer the phones call texts nothing in return with is a 0 star rating.
