Do not call there to let them know the mistake was there fault , the woman answering the phone does not want to hear that. Then I have to hear how she is left there , Milo is not there again. Hey Milo ,you may want to be at work to straighten out an issue instead of leaving it up to her . I'm shopping for another insurance company. Thanks anyway

I called three times 1/18/23 for a quote the receptionist doesn’t even say hello just picks up super rude asks if I can hold and put me on hold 3 separate times. I work for State Farm and was looking to transition but I am looking else where now!
