The only place I'll go is alpine all great people and staff..

One does give a little lead way when being understandable but calling and to be put on hold 18 - 22 - and 35 minutes and still no answers is ridiculous. The system needs to be changed or hire someone more dependable to answer the phone.

I don't think they ever answer their phones anymore. All day today I've been trying to call and I've been on hold for 10 minutes each time. With the hold music playing. I think I may have memorized the entire song
