Very, very nice and honest staff! King’s Acres has reasonable rates with automatic draft payments. I don’t even think about it. We have been renting a unit for a little over two years. It’s clean, dry, and has very easy 24 hour access. Plus, it’s in a safe and convenient location.

Spoke to 2 reps and arranged to come in and sign the contract. Received another call back stating they would be there to meet me when I arrive. Then received a text message saying it isn’t available, whilst on my way to the unit. (This was all in under an hour). Very disappointed with their lack of organization.

I searched all of Rockford before I found this place. Most of the storage places never returned my calls...I'm not exaggerating; at least 8 different companies just didn't call me back. Another company advertised a certain price and then had me on the phone for 45 minutes to yammer on about a series of added fees, including a charge for two locks because the only units they supposedly had left had two doors and I had to use their locks. Anyway, I found King's Acres and they guy was so nice. He even held the unit for me until I could get there the next day. He made it so easy..,I just filled out a form to have the rent pulled from my checking account each month and paid him a deposit and he showed me how the entry gate worked. It took less than 30 minutes. Everything was spotless in the office and in my storage unit. The units are in a nice, quiet part of town and the security seems safe. The security gate is easy to use and my unit is easy to access. I definitely recommend King's Acres.
