“The following is solely my opinion, securing insurance for my rental properties through David Maynard seemed challenging and unreasonably long. It seemed difficult to get David on the phone and his staff weren't able to help with most issues. A policy cancellation notice sent only by mail caused a scramble to avoid a coverage lapse. There seemed to be an excuse for every issue, whether medical reasons or attributing issues to external factors. His online reputation management service appears to prompt a Google review but intercepts feedback first, initially I thought I had left a google review but hadn't and I suspect other customers’ feedback don't end up reaching Google. Because David promptly responded to my final review email and reasonably explained the insurance carrier’s issues and plans to stop using them I raised my planned 1-star review to 4 stars as he is ultimately responsible for my experience.”
