Just got a vehicle from here and Scott is very helpful and really tried to get me in a vehicle and he did!! He is very honest unlike other dealership places Scott is very nice and I would definitely recommend Gresty to anyone looking for a vehicle Scott is just awesome!! Amazing guy, help me get a nice car loaded. a hybrid fusion very funny and enjoyable conversation and payments arent bad. I gave 4 stars because I have to replace the hybrid battery 2500$ but I’m very appreciative of the business and service provided here. Definitely recommend shopping for a car here. Better than Grote

My car broke down Monday and I needed to purchase a new vehicle. They helped me with the removal of my car gave me cash for it ( it was worthless). The sales person Scott took his time showing me vehicles so I would purchase the right car for me. Scott turned a terrible day into a great if you need a car see Scott. The whole staff was so helpful.

I've had my vehicle under 48 hours when I purchased the check engine was on and I was told it was no issue. I made it two miles off the lot and another light came one with a warning on the dash for service. When I finally spoke to the salesman I was essentially told it was my fault for choosing a car that wasn't expensive. In today's economy it's unbelievable that the standard for a good vehicle is "if we can't make money off you then you get what you get. The car costs slightly north of 6k. To be told that in under 48 hours it's essentially my problem is ridiculous. Unlike most of you I sprung for the bumper to bumper warranty and here I am. Go ahead and reply with whatever you want none of these reviews are lies. They could very easily plug a machine into the car see what's wrong fix it before they send it and they don't.

Salesman was friendly and helped me get into a vehicle. Though got me into a vehicle that broke down 2 days later, I had to have it towed to their lot. Said they fixed the problem. Have only had it a week and it’s broken again. They won’t reach back out to you and is sold as is. Even when you ask them to fix it correctly 2 days into getting it and now I’m a week in and it’s broken yet again and they say that it’s normal for traction light and abs light to come on and off. Can’t get my money back and or into another car. So I’m stuck. Wish I had known this is how they do business. Asked for something reliable being that I have little ones and a new baby. Very disappointing…
