Got tboned on the rear passenger quarter panel at a light and they took 2 months longer than the estimated time all while telling me the car would be ready this Friday for almost a whole month straight. Once I finally got the car back I realized a squeaking noise coming from the side that had damage, took my car back had the production manager and master tech accompany me on a test drive. Master tech was sitting in the back on the side where noise was coming from and claimed he heard it when I pointed out the noise even rolled the window down to hear it better and everything then the production manager claimed he couldn’t hear it, so I kept pointing out when it was happening and suddenly the tech wasn’t able to hear anything either and all they could hear was “wind noise”. I’ll give it to them the body repair was done well and looks great but now I’m going to have to pay out of pocket to figure out this noise because they “couldn’t hear it” even with me pointing out exactly when it was happening. Overall not a very good experience and wouldn’t recommend anyone to take their vehicle there for collision repair.

I was told they put a rush order in for my car window. On the day it was supposed to be put in I got a message saying the glass isn’t in abs it will be here the following week. On the day it was due to be put in I got another message saying the window still needs to be transferred.i called a local auto body business and canceled Gerber.

they fixed my 2022 chevrolet traverse in april but.. They charged me more than my deductible, my adjuster told me that they don't have to charge me more than my deductible, I contacted them, my adjuster also contacted them and then I got a call from them I still have a msg on voicemail where they say that they are going to reimburse me and so far I have not received any reimbursement check several times I contacted and I did not receive any reimbursement

Lack of communication among staff, my car has a small mark on the door after Gerber Collision so-called repaired it. My car was kept 2 weeks longer. When I called about the status of my car I was informed by staff it would be ready and was currently in repair. Days later I went to get a item out my car and it was still sitting untouched. They weren’t excepting me to show up. The experience was not good, they didn’t deliver the quality of work, customer service etc. I hope services improve in the future.

Was rear-ended at a red light and the repair they did was essentially just painting over it. Didn't smooth out the damage at all. This was a few years ago and I was physically very ill around that time and never got back around to reviewing. Now I've got hail damage, and remembered so I'll definitely be avoiding.Service: Body & Trim

Multiple delays took an extra 5 days without a car! Work done seems ok. Broke part inside but claimed it wasn't them.

I was hit on the driver's side in a hit and run. The damage wasnt super bad but it was hard to open the door and the left front wheel was bent An eyesore on a pretty, white convertible. Now its just like new! The staff was very courteous and helpful. They kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. Hopefully I'll never have to but I would go there again and recommend it to anyone who needs repairs.Services: Painting

Worst experience ever! A simple door scratch job turned into a 11 day marathon of excuses and delays. It did not matter to this business, that missed their 4 day estimate , they were costing the customer additional costs in rental fees and missed appointments.Lesson learned, never again!There are many other choices in Rockford.Services: Painting
