“I had a top tier marine battery go bad after only 1 year of service. The battery had a 4 year warranty and was replaced with a new one. The process took a few days because they had to verify that my battery had indeed failed. The only minor complaint I have is I sent an e-mail via their website and I never received an answer or a return phone call. Bottom line, they took care of me and replaced my battery and thus the 5 star review.”
