My daughter had a burst pipe problem on a fri at 3pm. No way to contact anyone till Monday morning. There should have been someone that could return emergency’ calls! Been with them for over 30 years! This made me start to look at other agency's. !

Calked on a Tuesday to possibly switch insurance companies. I was told it would take a couple of days to get some quotes. I didn’t get a call back until the following Monday around 4:30. I was on the phone so I said I would call back. I’ve been busy but would have expected a follow up call. That was last Monday. This tells me what kind of response I would get if I did switch. Going to call someone else!
Thanks for the response. It took almost a week to get a quote. Is that how your company operates? It really bugs me when an owner says it has worked for many years so we know what we are doing. Maybe add in an apology and sometimes you need to adapt to changing times. You reaffirmed my decision to look elsewhere!!

Carla is always responsive, and her customer-service oriented approach is refreshing and rare in the insurance industry. She usually knows the answer to whatever question you might ask, and if she doesn't, she will find it and get right back to you. It's almost never a good situation when you need to talk to your insurance agency, but at least I always know talking to Carla will NOT add to whatever stress I'm already experiencing.
