Needed a water softener and called a representative came to my home and I was told one price. When it came to installation I couldn't get a clear answer on the actual price,the installation wasn't done properly and I still had hard water after another technician came out and stated I would receive a call to set up another appointment to fix it and I never did. Alot of back and forth with this company with no clear solutions

We had some trouble with other water softener companies in the area. We reached out to Culligan and Nick Villani with Culligan came out to our house on our own schedule. Nick took amazing care of us and showed us all about our new system. Would recommend Nick and Culligan to all in the area.

We are extremely pleased with our new water softener. We must compliment our salesman Nick V on the assistance he gave us. Nick was professional, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He took time to understand our needs and situation which definitely gave us confidence in our purchase. Thank you Nick. The luxury of soft water is hard to describe. But the feeling we have is confidence in Culligan.

Nick our sales rep was easy to work with, informational, not pushy about making a sale. Installation went great, no issues. Appreciated the follow up visit from Nick as well to check that everything was installed correct and there were no issues.

I called and immediately Nick Villani called, came out and provided fast and friendly service, explained everything then asked me if I had questions, which I did and he answered them all. I then had service in a few days the young man that came out to replace new system and removed old was also fast, friendly and professional, went over system and stated that if I needed service to call a 24 hr service they provide. I would recommend Culligan water to friends & family for sure . Thank You Culligan Water.

Had Nick for a salesperson, and he was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and helpful of all of Culligans products. He was quick to return all my calls and texts and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend this company for all your water needs.

I placed a service call to have my R/O filters changed and to get several bags of salt delivered. The person I spoke with arranged a convenient time for me only a few days later. Doug arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was very friendly, professional, and followed all Covid protocols. In addition to making sure my Culligan Water Softener and R/O system were working in peak condition he corrected some plumbing issues that improved their efficiency. I highly recommend Doug and Culligan Water of Belvidere.
