I wanted to become a member, but they refused to accept Mastetcard for payment. Ridiculous. So, I ended up back at Sam's Club.

Extremely rude staff!! Assistant mgr Joel was himself very inappropriate and rude and allowed other employees (Julian) standing near by to ridicule and laugh at customers. Very unprofessional!!

Scan to get in with their new scanners, then have to show who you are to the self checkout guy that couldn’t care less to help ya today. And then have to show your receipt on the way out. The scanning in, asides from keeping it members only I don’t get, what are ya hiding. Sam’s already knows your prices. But have to show my card to the kid at self check out again, just freaking silly. Aside from the occasional items they have that Sams doesn’t. Thinking of letting the Costco card go. And if you didn’t know, Sams has this self checkout thing on your phone, a scan and go. Way better than Costco and speaking of, Costco, your website sucks. How do I know what’s in my club

Worst shopping experience i have ever had at Costco. Every single employee we dealt with from the samples to the person working the register to the food court and customer service treated us awful. Not one smile, not one hello, not one how can I help you. We left in a bad mood and felt like nothing but an inconvenience for shopping there. Very disappointing.

Waited in line with a return for 25 minutes. I was the only one there kept getting told by some lady that someone was coming. I finally called the store while I was in line and complained of sitting there waiting while no one was there, they said someone will be there shortly 35 minutes total. I waited for a return

Stop at this Costco every time I'm in the area it's just so much quieter than the one by my home. They have similar things I can't get everything I can get at my home location but I can definitely get most of it and that's a joy to be able to pop in and out
