We had a short timeframe to bring our boat trailer in for new electrical work throughout, replace lights and install new tires….Butitta Auto on North Second was so accomodating…. they delivered an overhauled trailer in two days…. ready for another 480 mile trip up north the next day! Friendly, efficient and highly recommended!

From out of town, came looking for an expert on Corvettes to help me with a pre-purchase inspection. Hardly anybody was available or had the tools/skillset for the job. Out of towner checking out an offer on a local C5, wanted a pre-sale inspection as anyone sane would/should. A local vette expert, a 70-something year old gentleman recommended I reach out to Butitta in Rockford. The guy there instead recommended Larry at Loves Park for the job, and boy did they not disappoint.
Larry provided prompt and professional customer service, ran a thorough inspection of the car, and gave me the info and the confidence on how to tackle the deal (he had a good sense of humor, too). Regardless of how my deal goes, these guys were a breath of fresh air from some of the other mechanics I've worked with across these 50 states.
Tl;dr I highly recommend Larry and his team for any pre-purchase inspections, solid deal for solid work.

Larry and his staff have always been extremely professional and knowledgable whenever we have had to use thier services. Always prompt and willing to go the extra mile to make we get all the services we need. Quick to let us know what needs to be done and then advise us of the items that should be done and how soon. Never feel like they are out to tell us items of maintenance needs just to get more business. Only place I will take my car in the Rockford area.

I've been here before and I'll be back. I know enough about cars to know what's wrong with them. I knew my car had 3 problems i told them about the one i wanted fixed. They told me about the other two. And didn't dream up any issues. I appreciate that these guys don't try and sell me something I don't need. If I don't have the tools to do it myself, or it's a bit too envoved I bring it to them. Great service and trustworthy. Which is saying alot these days.
