Thanks to Jeff for towing my 2004 Corvette from the Illinois Machine Shed parking lot, which was no easy task because the steering wheel was locked and the car sits low and has a front splitter and side skirts. He took care to make sure nothing got scraped or damaged. Even his wife came to the rescue with extra ramps when it was time to unload the vehicle. Both of them saved the day. Thanks a bunch!

Awesome Mike! On Labor Day 2024, I was having a great time with my wife and kid outing, until. While, driving home from the event, I heard loud clunking and thumping noises coming from the lower driver's side on my Jeep front wheel. I immediately slowed down and pulled over to a safe location and stopped. At this point, I wasn't sure what to do and then I heard my wife say, A to Z towing! I called and spoke with a very calm representative that took my information (name, vehicle, location) and informed me that she will have a driver to contact me shortly. Meanwhile, I notified one of my family members to take my wife and kid home. A driver, Mike contacted me right away and informed me that he would be at my location within 35 minutes because he was towing another vehicle at the time. Mike arrived, within 35 minutes. Mike with very professional, informative and conversational. Mike introduced himself and informed me of the details of turning my invoice into my insurance company for reimbursement. When asked, Mike stated that he would drop me off where he would tow my vehicle. I was very grateful, because I wasn't sure if I need to call another family member, or Uber myself home. Mike was Awesome!! Mike, you saved my holiday day, and for that my family and I appreciate you buddy. Thank you!!

Place is full of unhinged employees looking for a fight, until you talk back they shut up like most high school bullies would. Desk lady cusses at customers and an older tow guy finds it appropriate to punch someones car that they don't have possession of. One cool guy apologizes for the others actions, he should go where he would be valued as an employee. Dispatcher with colored hair was polite as well.

Called early around 9 this morning for a tow, I was told they would be there in an hour and it took 2. I called all day checking the progress with different stories each time. It's 5:38 and it was just dropped off.

Had the pleasure of dealing with A to Z towing today after selling my little old 2010 ford focus thru Peddle. Jamie (dispatch) was friendly on the phone, gave me an accurate ETA for the tow driver and was QUICK with responding to returned phone call and a text message!
Rich, the tow driver - is absolutely AWESOME. Despite having hardly any voice, and it being what seemed like a busy morning for him - he went ABOVE AND BEYOND in not only making sure I got my title signed/dated in all the right places, but.. my little old car (2010 focus) proved to be a difficult beast this morning! The battery was completely dead (known previously) but we absolutely could NOT get the key/ignition to TURN. The anti-theft system would NOT disarm (nothing like setting off car alarm while holding the keys/fob in my hand! Sorry neighbors ??) but then we couldn’t get the dang car in NEUTRAL!
Rich came up with a successful plan of action. His deft backing up skills with the tow truck (with a jeep on it already!) into the little side driveway space without 1. Falling off the EDGE of my driveway, but 2. not hitting my garage or my plants while backing in. He driving was inspiring to watch! He did GREAT!! Thank you Rich for your kindness, being amazing and your unending PATIENCE!!
IF I ever need a tow for one of our other vehicles, A to Z tow will be my go-to choice from now on! If I ever decide to sell another car via peddle, I HOPE that A to Z tow decides to handle it!
Thanks again, y’all! You made what COULD have been somewhat of a frustrating PIA into a GREAT experience!!
*this was the 2nd company that chose to purchase my old little car. The first place (Tows R Us?) did NOT respond - told me they were going to come 3 days in a row MULTIPLE TIMES, and then just.. fell off radar! Soooo thankful for A to Z towing for stepping in and making things SEAMLESS!

if i could give them no star i would!!!waited for 5 hours!!!!! consistently calling asking the status then them saying one hour away and than calling again 2 hours later then them saying 35 more minutes RIDICULOUS!!! HORRIBLE TOWING SERVICE DONT CALL IF A EMERGENCY

Can't say enough good things abt this company seriously you can trust them, the drivers are kind and considerate, and they do what they say. Would highly recommend over all other towing companies
