The staff were kind, professional and accommodating. The waiting room and examining rooms were clean, and their costs were appropriately reasonable. My 13-year old cat, Crosby, was scheduled with Dr Gretchen Hageman. I was impressed with her thorough examination of Crosby, but respected the time she took to explain Crosby’s treatment options. I used them most recently to get my puppy neutered because my regular vet had an injury and wasn't able to do surgery for a while. They were over 10% more expensive than my usual vet. Granted, my usual vet has a much more modest space, but it's still clean and the staff is great. So if cost is no object.....”

“Followed Dr. Beloiu to her newest location for one of our dog's annual exam. I called to make an appointment and the process was easy and seamless. I received an email with our pet's information to review and to also check in. When I arrived , the receptionist was so kind . All of the staff were nice and caring. Of course, I am always happy with Dr. Beloiu . She is so calm and reassuring and our dog is immediately put at ease. When I scheduled the appointment a $65 charge was required , and it was applied to my bill. Overall, very happy with the entire process and service.”

“My furbaby isn't scheduled until Feb but the liaisons that have been helping me through this so far have been great. They are very informative, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. They sent all of the paperwork for tests prior to his appt to me and to my vet so we know exactly what to do to get him prepared for his visit. My baby had his treatment and I couldn't be happier with everyone involved. Angela was excellent in working with my vet to get all of hus tests and xrays done so he could keep his appt. Plus in case they didn't get them dine in time she held a spot for him in the next rotation. Angela kept in contact with me and even called to let me know everything was received and he was ready to go. At Radiocat Laura too was excellent. She was great with him and text me daily on his progress plus she answered any and all questions without hesitation. I couldn't have asked for anything better for my furbaby.”
