This store is the best! Where do I even begin? I have been a customer here for years now, and I can confidently say that I have never in my life received better customer service anywhere. Drake and James are always on top of their game and it shows in their work. Every time i've needed a color match they have never failed me or my customers. On top of that, if I need an order ready before hand I know if I give them at least a 24 hour notice they'll have it ready for me to pick up the next morning, which is really import to me. Their dedication to serve their customers the tools and materials they need really shows through their daily operation, and their team in an excellent example of their leadership. Thank you Drake and James for your amazing service throughout the years, me and my crew look forward to future business together.

I recently bought some gray semi transparent deck paint/stain from Sherwin Williams. It was so water based that it was difficult to use and get even coverage. I’m sure it’s a great product just difficult to work with and I wouldn’t use it again.I stopped in this store to get a gallon of different paint for a room I’m doing. The young man helping me was very kind and I asked him about the deck stain and if it was a newer product and for some advice on getting better results. The older guy sitting at his computer piped in and condescendingly told me the product was fine the problem was my application and doing it in the summer months.I have been a painter for 25 years. I have used every product under the sun and I can always learn new tricks but staining a deck is like painting 101. I know when a product is tricky and not good for a novice. His condescending treatment, which appeared to be due to his assumption that as a woman I couldn’t possibly have any idea on the proper way to use deck stain, was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. He should have let the young man handle the discussion and not rudely interrupted while the whole time looking at his computer screen.I will not buy paint at this store any more and would say be careful if you get this man. His customer service skills are very poor and rough.FYI -if the product is not supposed to be applied this time of year, then maybe sherwin Williams should state “only use this product in the fall, spring and winter on your deck” instead of having temperature guidelines on the label.Additionally, if they didn’t suggest using their semi transparent deck stain in the summer, why are they taking peoples money who are buying it for summer projects?

My paint is beautiful. The gentleman at the store was polite and extremely helpful. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive paint in the store and everything he told me about my job was spot on.

So glad this location opened up!! Nice to have a local store, for sure. Sherwin-Williams has nice quality paint. Forget the junk you get at Home Depot. Come here next time instead. I've been using them for 20 years now. You can get a color wheel from them with small color samples so you can see what the colors actually look like in your home. Now granted they're really small samples, but it's still an awesome tool to have to help pick colors. The other thing is, a few times now I've needed them to color-match because i didnt know what a previous color was - and they have a machine that scans a sample and tries to assess what color it would be.... and I'll be damned if they haven't come through every time for me!! It's amazing. For the most part the employees here are helpful. There may be a dud here and there but hey, you can't always hire the best help. Right? Out of the several times I've been here now i have been pretty happy with the help I received. Store location is in a great spot, in a lot right by Sunset Foods. Easy in and out. Nice and bright. Has a fair selection of supplies and what-not, too. Prices are a little higher, but you get what you pay for. I'll come here any day rather than get the cheap stuff from the big-box stores. Definitely recommended!!!

You can always expect friendly, pro help, even for a DIY'er. The store is a bit small, but seems to have all the tools you'd need at good prices.

The manager and staff at this Sherwin-Williams location were friendly, helpful, and understanding when I encountered some unexpected difficulties with a recent painting project. Their willingness to spend time on the phone, listen to the situation, and offer advice and suggestions was invaluable. Thank you!
