Owner was very rude to my mother and I. We were looking outside at the table set up during the fest and she approached us and said to my mother that they had a run in before and had an issue with my mother! We weren't even talking to her or anything! Just came up and started saying this! She was talking about some other woman (customer) that gave her a problem apparently. Who does this? How rude. I will never forget this as long as I go to Long Grove. This was a long time coming I've been meaning to leave this review. I don't like leaving reviews that aren't good, but she really bothered my mother and I. This is not a way to run a business. I am a small business owner myself and I would NEVER EVER treat someone like this. Sorry but she lost customers!

I was here on the 15th of September. Service was quite rude. We asked a question and we were scolded three times, making us feel bad for asking. Wish i didn't purchase something here. Id rather shop at dollar tree next time.

I have been shopping at Olivia's Boutique for years. Not only is the clothing amazing, but the owner Lynne celebrates women of all ages and sizes. She has an incredible eye for fashion, and knows how to put outfits together that are unique and timeless. I love this store and will continue to shop at Olivia's for years to come!
