I’d like to express my deepest gratitude to the young man Sean in the lawn equipment area. Not only did he answer all of our questions in our time of need during a power outage but he helped myself and my wife load up other items we would’ve forgotten. BIG Kudos to this gentleman!

I really enjoy going to this Menards. I’ve been there many many times for many different things and unfortunately, today was a terrible experience. I rented one of their trucks and ironically my poor experience was with the manager of the store Stacy. She never really paid attention to me, I was doing 12 other things at the same time talking to numerous people outside of me, I never gave me clear instructions. I felt very Unattended to when I came back to return the truck, she said virtually nothing again and then another young gentleman took my receipt and told me what was being credited back to my credit card and told me nothing of what I was being charged. When I asked what I was being charged, there was another charge. I was not aware of the weekend fee. Go figure they charge more on the two days during the weekend where most people rent trucks. how convenient nothing was explained and unfortunately again today was a horrible experience.
