CVS SR mgmt needs to address the issues at this pharmacy. Long waits, multiple errors in dispensing and rude staff. Additionally, they make promises they can’t keep, like keeping my BP med in stock. Simple generic they can’t keep in stock which is ludicrous. Transferring all my scripts. Pls join me in leaving this CVS pharmacy until CVS SR. Mgmt takes action.

On 11/15/23 the Pharmacist told me something that 3 doctors DIDN'T...(my wife was hospitalized twice since early September, then rehabbing when I picked up a refill of Linsinipril...my wife had been taking the antibiotic"Trimpex"since September)...the Pharmacist said those 2 medications create the EXACT SYMPTOMS that caused my wife to be hospitalized (where they were giving these 2 meds!!!) Needless to say, WE STOPPED the Trimpex, and my wife REBOUNDED WITHIN a few days!!! We are so thankful for the expertise AND the time it took to tell me about this...my wife's health is restored ~ THANK YOU

Pharmacist Deet is the rudest most condescending pharmacist ever. I heard him telling a loyal customer who fills his script every month that he was contacting his doctor for an alternative medicine because the dosage was higher then normal. He then spoke rudely and hung up on the customer.

I have been waiting to get a prescription filled for 50 minutes now. The pharmacy staff is very rude, and knows nothing about customer service.

OUTSTANDING in every way!This is the cleanest, best organized, most efficiently laid out, well run, and just plain calm CVS store I've ever had the opportunity to visit. Keep up the great work! ??

I look at CVS website it says my medication is ready. I call CVS because website is wrong, often. I ask the CVS lady if my medication is in the building? The CVS lady says yes. I ask the CVS lady if my medication is ready for pick up? The CVS lady says the pharmacist is working on it right now. I ask the CVS lady if my prescription will be ready for pick up by 5:00pm? The CVS lady says yes.I drive 40 minutes out of my way to get my medication, and I’ll be damned! The CVS lady says my medication is out of stock. CVS LIES. I’m done and going to Walgreens, don’t care if it costs more. My time and sanity is priceless.

Worthless. Called their pharmacy over weekend and of course you cannot speak to a human to save your life. They have an automated system that informed that prescription for glaucoma medication was ready two weeks ago. Went to pick up and was informed prescription was expired. How is that even possible--this is not a condition that goes away? I am in discomfort and let them know as much but they inform that they will need to wait to hear back from Kovach Eye institute first And there's a holiday weekend.The pharmacist had absolutely zero interest in helping resolve this issue, and frankly, was unprofessional. I would not recommend using this location, or CVS for your needs.

Had to return a duplicate RX to pharmacy.THe pharmacist said "no can do"It's against the Federal law.It appears she doesn't know what she is doing.Or, she was lying." For example, some pharmacy chains such as CVS have it in their policy that they won’t take back returned prescription drugs sold online, but don’t have similar restrictions when it comes to in-store purchases of prescription drugs."Very sad

The pharmacy apparently has no desire to ever pick up the phone for its customers. God awful to have to wait literally forever. They might as well put a message saying they don’t pick up calls rather than waste the time of their paying clients. Guess they’re too good for everyone.

I always get excellent customer service here. The young guy with red shirt and glasses always tries to make things right and try to find the stuff from the back. He is awesome!No experience with actual pharmacy for medicine.
