not helpful and the bankers is there to work their hours and not focused on service. They just try to do the minimum. no effort is done for customer.

Meeting with Angelika Striev in Chase bank in Long Grove IL was amasimg. She gave me all answers on my questions. in future I will definitely contact her for help. Again big thank you for her help.))) I recommend Anjelika Striev as a professional.

Used to use this branch as my main bank, however over the last few months they seem to be burdened with their customers. I have repeatedly been dismissed or blatantly been told they cannot fulfill my request. These requests they claim that can’t fulfill are taken care of at other Chase branches such as the Mundelein and Highland Park locations. Will not be returning to the Long Grove location after being dismissed when asking to open a business account. Went to Mundelein location and they opened one for me no questions asked.

More rhen 3 weeks ago I stop by this place to open my 5th checking account (for my son high school checking account that person was so rude ask for bunch of documents even if I got 4 accounts open all ready so we made by the end she make mistake she put like new address my son account and that cause hem debit card delay since today almost a month....so bad Angelika grigorvans.

This is the worst Customer service you can find. I spend 1 hour trying to open account ,the banker was running all time he has no idea what he is doing ,than he make up some stories and tell to his manager and they reject to open account. The branch was empty, with no people waiting , so I believe I not only person to who they do this kind of service .Worst branch ever, need to be close, or at list new manager needed.

Hood location for the branch but a shame that they only have the option for one drive up ATM station. Lines can get long & waiting 5 car deep is ridiculous.

Deposited a check through the drive-up. Returned home, looked at the receipt, and noticed that the balance was off. The teller had credited my deposit to someone else with the same first name. When I called the branch, I spoke to the bank manager, Ella. She said, " these things happen" and did not apologize. Yes, there is human error, but I wanted her to admit that they made a mistake and that they regret their error. She did not. I want a bank that I can trust to deposit my money in the correct account with a manager that cares about their customers.
