Bunch of scam artists everything is overpriced. Nothing is worth the money there it’s either a dead battery or bought from an other retailer and sold at a ridiculous price. They will steal your money to make there’s.horrible business practices, will be contacting the BBB. They will also lie in your face about products value and authenticity.

I’ve used them a couple of times now. Both guys were helpful. 1) replaced a band with a new color. 2) a piece had an issue on a band and they fixed it and saved me a bunch of money. Both guys were great to work with and friendly. Pricing was great too. Thank you!

My friend is hard of hearing and got charged $112.50 to replace her watch battery. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people.

We went there to replace a watch battery, and they tried to charge us $50, then we proceeded to walk away and the guy goes $40 since you're first customer. We went somewhere else and we got charged $9.50 for battery replacement. This place JACKS up the price unnecessarily.

I have used Yorktown Watch & Jewelry Repair to replace batteries and exhange watch bands; they have always done a great job, however I brought a gold watch in 10.30.23 to replace the battery; he quoted me $250.00; I did not ask to clean it. I questioned the price and walked out. NOT COOLl! I went to Stone's Jewelry in Wheaton, $8 dollars to replace the battery. Shameful on so many levels. I will probably not go back ever again. VERY NOT COOL! Please check pricing before you give them any business!

Would not recommend this place for watch battery replacement. They charged me $70 to replace the batteries for two dress watches that are not extremely expensive.

Lovely places too bad it's not better marked and people didn't know about it.Went to multiple stores in the mall to get a watch band and it was a fluke that somebody mentioned that location.Had a new band on in less than 30 minutes and the gentleman was very kind.

I just called to ask how much to set the time on my citizen eco-drive. $21-$49!!! This guy is insane. Avoid this watch place entirely. Very unethical.

I'll keep updating this post.Got my mido automatic watch for repair. Waited for almost 4 months without any reply. I checked with them today, they told me they'll find my ticket. And then they disappear without replying to messages. I'll contact with police if they still don't give back my watch

Literally terrible. It costed $21 to add one link to a watch. Mind you while he was doing it he left all the additional links / watch info I had brought on the counter for anyone to take while he resized it in the back. Do not go here
