I brought my 16 year old cousin in for a nice, relaxing Sunday afternoon girls day. We were shopping for her homecoming dress. She pulled several dresses as she needed one urgently for the following weekend. I had a handful, and so did she. The girl working the fitting rooms (Mariah) let me go in the fitting room with her to help try things on, but then proceeded to rush us while we were in there, also telling us if we wanted to bring in more dresses or take any more dresses out, that we would have to go get back in line. She then told us we only had 5 minutes left in the fitting room, when we had not been in there for very long at all. What’s the point of going shopping to try clothes on in person (especially for a special occasion) if you’re just going to be rushed out of the fitting rooms/shop?????
It was very unfortunate, as we were excited to spend time together as she tried on dresses, and we felt this tainted our experience. I informed the lady at check out that I didn’t even bother trying the dress I wanted to try on for a wedding, and that we had a VERY unpleasant experience, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. As a wedding vendor, I understand the importance of referrals and reviews, and I would NOT recommend trying dresses on here! ):

Online States store opens at 10:00 a.m. in Yorktown Mall . I just brought my daughter there at 10:00 and we stayed till 10:30 waiting in the store still did not open. The lady inside just stared at her and she tried to open the door didn't let her know that they would be opening later or what was going on

The manager wasn’t here to open the store. The store was suppose to open at 11am. She didn’t arrive till 11:30. Then told me it would be an additional 10min (I guess for them to set up) it took an additional 25. I honestly wish I was closer to the one in Riverside because these young girls act like they don’t give a damn. Where are the young girls that want to work.

I just went into this location and was looking for a dress for a gala. Not one time was I greeted by the staff, nor did they ask for help with pulling dresses and sizes, they barely opened the fitting room for me. The reason I'm posting this is because I had just went to men's warehouse with my BF to get a suit, the gentlemen there were so helpful, they really helped us and made us feel great. I'd fire these two girl on that shift, they were both being haters in my opinion! Two fat girls with crop tops and ugly hair! ?

Went in Friday to do a return & also looked for dresses I asked for a fitting room and Leslie looked very moody as if it bothered her, when I was rung up Rachel attended me & she was actually such a sweetheart, loved her vibe & outgoing personality! Today morning I made another trip to this location to actually return the dress for one I seen online & Leslie rung me up and gave me attitude when she told me my dress was nom returnable. I asked if they were atleast able to give me store credit because they never told me or explained that the first dress i had purchased was non refundable and she said there was supposed to be a tag on the dress that indicated it but I looked for it as she told me and found nothing but the price tag. Worst Employee ever, always in a mood and does things in a rudely way as if she doesn’t like her job??

I am never putting my foot into this store because it’s just covered in glitter! I had to throw away my daughter’s socks, she ruined all shoes from the fitting room because she came out all glittered from top to bottom and now it’s all over my car seats and in the house. Simply disgusting. Cheap dresses made with glitter that just falls all over the place trashing everywhere you go.

I came in the other day and the store manager Navera helped me. I was shopping last minute for a night out and she helped me pick the perfect outfit. The store was set up amazingly and there were lots of cute outfits on display. 10/10 would recommend this store for cute, on trend clothes

I visited the store during the evening on March 1. The employees behind the register (there were three just standing around and gossiping) were making horrible comments about customers coming into the store. They weren't even trying to whisper, so you could easily hear them making nasty comments about people's appearance anywhere in the store. I will be advising everyone to stay away from here after sending this issue to corporate.

The workers are miserable. Nasty looks to multiple customers just shopping. You get screamed at for walking slightly forward into the dressing room. A dress I wanted to return the rag fell off in the store before purchasing. When brining it back to return they told me I couldn't return it because the tag fell off. No one warned me I couldn't return it. Cashiers are rude and so is the girl who works for the fitting rooms. Would never shop here again and I will tell everyone to go to another location or skip this place in general.
