This place is great. They answer the phone and they're up front with their pricing. They'll even come to your house to do a repair. I called some of the other companies that the insurance companies were promoting and their customer service was terrible. I will be using windshield Pros for my entire fleet.

Windshield Pros replaced my Toyota 4Runner windshield today and I am very happy!
My overall experience with Windshield Pros was excellent. My intake call was pleasant and professional. She knew all the questions to ask, which made the process easy for me. When I asked about OEM versus aftermarket replacement glass, my questions were answered. I opted for the non-OEM replacement, because aftermarket glass has to meet DOT standards, and research suggested DOT compliant glass was safe, not to mention much more reasonably priced than OEM. Before I ended the call, I was scheduled for service within two days, knew the price I would pay, and when the technician would come out to do the repair. And it was fantastic that their service technician did the repair at my home.
The morning of the service, I received a courtesy call to confirm my service time, and then I received another courtesy call to notify me that the technician was on the way.
The technician who arrived was great! I believe he was from the Lombard location based on the paperwork. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained what he would be doing and when he expected to finish. Afterward, he explained what I needed to do for the next 24 hours to allow the replacement windshield adhesive to cure. And the replacement glass looked identical to my original glass (minus the Toyota logo). And the completed install appeared flawless, inside and outside, as though nothing had been done to my truck (except that the new windshield looked perfect). Even the replacement trim appeared as though nothing had been done to the truck, like the original condition before the windshield was replaced.
I chose Windshield Pros because of the Google reviews I read, and I am thankful to the others who took time to recommend them. It made my choice easier, and I am glad I had Windshield Pros repair my windshield! I would recommend them to anyone!

They called to give me an ETA. They were on time.
The service Tek comes to you, he installed my windshield and cleaned all the windows in my vehicle! Vacuumed up the broken glass in my vehicle too.

A great experience from start to finish. I arrived a few minutes early, and was happily greeted by Jim. He finished the repair on my Tesla windshield in the time promised and at a great price. He took the time to explain all the variables involved with rock repairs and put me at ease.
I highly recommend Windshield Pros and will recommend them to my family and friends.
This was a rare experience of feeling like every customer, no matter the size of the job, is appreciated and welcome at their business. Thank you for a job well done.

Fast and efficient service! Bill did an excellent job and was so polite and professional. Handled all insurance claim info, and replaced my windshield with OEM glass in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

Fast service, excellent work. Called Monday afternoon, had windshield replaced Wed Morning. Darlene was pleasant and profeesional, took the info needed, contacted & set up conference call with insurance company to get the claim filed. Called to let me know when to expect technician. Matt, the technician, was knowledgeable, explained process and described what he was doing while I watched him replace it. Highly recommend Window Pros of Lombard.

Absolutely the best experience. Took a stone to the windshield on a Monday. Contacted our insurance on Tuesday and was referred to Windshield Pros. Called Windshield Pros on Wednesday and had a call back Thursday morning. They walked me through insurance claim process and scheduled a fix at our home for Monday. Called us Monday morning at 8:00 to say that the technician was on the way and called our insurance while we were on the line to get approval. Technician arrived at 8:30 and was finished by 9:00. Super professional yet also very friendly. Received a call at 9:30 to say that the technician for electronic calibration was on the way. He arrived at 10:30 and was done by 10:50. Also very professional, explaining all he did to re-calibrate the sensors. The nightmare we thought was coming when that stone hit our windshield one week ago ended up being a great experience because of Windshield Pro's. We can recommend them with enthusiasm. Good people. Great Communicators. Super Professional. Oh, and the windshield replacement looks great.

Hannah immediately provided a quick solution, put me in contact with my insurance company, stayed on the line to help assist, and within a few minutes organized an appointment with their stellar installation team. Lights out customer service. Install crew met me on my driveway to complete the job and my family was back on the road safe and sound!

We recently used Windshield Pros to replace a cracked windshield. Darlene was our initial contact; we spoke with her to get information about the service(s), to schedule an appointment, and she dealt with and handled all of the insurance information on our behalf. She was fantastic! We called multiple times with questions and even to change appointment times, and she never once made us feel bad or as if we were bothering her. She answered our questions and worked with us on scheduling the day and time that worked best for our family schedule. On the day of our appointment, they called ahead of time...about 25-30 minutes before they arrived. Did I mention that they come out to the house? Even better! Bill arrived to fix the windshield and my husband says he was "awesome!" It's hard to impress my husband. Bill was friendly, courteous, professional, answered all of my husband's questions, and took real pride in the work that he did. If we ever had another issue with any of our windshields, we would not hesitate to use Windshield Pros again! You will not be disappointed with this business.

Truly a five-star experience. Everyone was friendly and professional and my window replacement was done in the estimated time for exactly the price quoted. It's best to not have a broken window but Windshield Pros is a great option when you do.
