“I had a fantastic experience at the Discount Tire store in Lombard, IL. Alejandro was prompt and professional in assisting me and inspecting my tires. Unfortunately, the tire with a nail couldn’t be repaired, and Alejandro informed me that I needed new tires. After researching my options overnight, I called a phone representative to price match the tires I wanted with Costco’s pricing. I was able to have them installed the same day. Later, I realized I had missed an additional $80 rebate from Michelin. After reaching out to the store manager, Kevin, I was able to get the credit. I truly appreciate the staff’s attention to detail, professionalism, and courtesy. I will definitely recommend this store to others. Thank you again!”

“Great Company. My driver was stuck in IL needing an alignment. I called Saturday morning and they work by appointment only and didn't have availability until Monday. After explaining my driver just had two new steers and an alignment on the truck hours before and the steers are already worn through I was asked to bring the truck to them and they worked me in. And what an amazing job they done. I was provided computer printout showing before and after alignment stats. Based on the prior alignment stats it is evident the previous company did not perform the alignment only put two new steers on the truck. I am very pleased with this company and will recommend them for anyone in the area. Wished they were at my homebase in Nashville I would take all my trucks to them for service. My driver called and said he can tell the difference immediately in how the truck was driving.

“Unfortunately I noticed some of the employees get into customers vehicles very dirty. I did bring it to there attention and suggested they use seat covers. Let's see if they incorporate it and use them or have a dedicated person ( with clean clothes) to drive the vehicles in and out. If not it's enough for me not to go there anymore and I've been going there for a very long time . I just never realized that that was happening. Other wise I love Discount tires. They are always friendly/accommodating and quick and do a good job. I a have used several different locations.”
