Save time, shop at the Villa park location.
This review is solely for the front-end of the store. On various occasions I have ordered online from this store, shopped in-store and their associates literally hate their jobs!
Recently I went in to grab a few items and saw something that was on clearence. It wasn’t an item I really needed, however, there was a coupon on it for an added bonus!
As I approach the cashier, she seemed flustered and couldn’t wait to go home. I see a manager, Umair flirting with another cashier, no hi/hello.
The cashier attempts to scan said coupon. It comes up as “expired.” Now mind you, this was on clearance. I was curious as to why they had this item on the shelf, and if he could honor it. Umair, immediately became defensive and said you can call Corporate but I’m not doing a single thing. Well why do you have the item out?
The audacity and entitlement of these employees makes me wonder if they have worked customer service at all, and their social skills just suck. Do better Walgreens!

I walked into the store to pick up Salon-Pas, I walked past three female associates and spoke, and not one opened their mouths, neither did any of them enquire about the item I was in need of. Very poor CS representation.

This pharmacy is an absolute joke and not ONE person knows what they are doing. Every time you call, you will get a different answer to the same question, yet none of them ever lead to any solutions. They will also put you on hold after the automated holding immediately without saying a word, and when they finally do pick up, they hang up on you. Customer service is pathetic at best, the staff needs to remember that these are real people’s lives and important medications that they need. Please save your time and your sanity and go literally ANYWHERE else. Have some self respect and avoid putting your health and well being in this joke of a pharmacy’s hands.

This review is for the pharmacy management. I can no longer come to this location. The hours already make it challenging. They are either on break or closed early every time I come. Tonight they went on break as I was pulling up 1 hour before close. I had no choice but to sit and wait as this was the second night in a row I tried to pick up my medication. I thought perhaps there was just one staff member and they had no choice. However upon return 3 staff members were present. Stager breaks.

Literally waited 20minutes to get to the drive up window only for the pharmacist to tell me I had to wait another 30minutes before I could get my prescription. This is the worst place in the world. I’m only giving one star because I can’t post this without one.

I love Walgreens and I get all my prescriptions there and I buy other things while I'm there. But the one thing I don't like is the messy bathrooms. I have to use Walgreens bathrooms frequently and whatever Walgreens I go to the bathroom is usually really messy. Other than that, Walgreens is great

I am tired of this Walgreens… they close at 8pm -pharmacy area, and guess what… I went straight to work to get an important prescription, I arrived at 7:07pm and the drive thru was closed. I went into the store and to my surprise it was closed as well. This is like the 7th time this happens this month!
Prescription that would take 2 hrs to be ready, they normally take 1-2 days at this location!
Customer service is poorly- except for about 3 employees. Awful, choose another Walgreens down the road- Villa Park- better customer service…

Very inefficient staff , inconsistent in messaging and they take a lot of time - specifically on weekends . Will slam the window shut in your face when times up and you are in line. Go to CVS instead on Meyers or the other Walgreen's at Summit ( not sure if this is an issue with this Walgreen's Pharmacy or systemic in general )

Ordered for curbside and when I went to pick it up the staff was so rude and my order was missing items and they made it seem like that's what I get for placing my order online. I told her that's what I get for ordering with Walgreens.... no wonder they are on their way out... what happened to the nice staff

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to pick up a prescription. Couldn't get out of line - as you are trapped by store on one side and a curb on the other. I finally went in as my sister was driving. There were 2 people taking care of 2 people! No one thought to check the drive-thru. There were FIVE cars waiting! All trapped because once in line - you can't get out. The worst service EVER!
