Literally waited 20minutes to get to the drive up window only for the pharmacist to tell me I had to wait another 30minutes before I could get my prescription. This is the worst place in the world. I’m only giving one star because I can’t post this without one.

I love Walgreens and I get all my prescriptions there and I buy other things while I'm there. But the one thing I don't like is the messy bathrooms. I have to use Walgreens bathrooms frequently and whatever Walgreens I go to the bathroom is usually really messy. Other than that, Walgreens is great

I am tired of this Walgreens… they close at 8pm -pharmacy area, and guess what… I went straight to work to get an important prescription, I arrived at 7:07pm and the drive thru was closed. I went into the store and to my surprise it was closed as well. This is like the 7th time this happens this month!
Prescription that would take 2 hrs to be ready, they normally take 1-2 days at this location!
Customer service is poorly- except for about 3 employees. Awful, choose another Walgreens down the road- Villa Park- better customer service…

Very inefficient staff , inconsistent in messaging and they take a lot of time - specifically on weekends . Will slam the window shut in your face when times up and you are in line. Go to CVS instead on Meyers or the other Walgreen's at Summit ( not sure if this is an issue with this Walgreen's Pharmacy or systemic in general )

It's like having an elementary school kid work a drive through. I'm not mad at the worker, but mad at Walgreens for hiring them.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to pick up a prescription. Couldn't get out of line - as you are trapped by store on one side and a curb on the other. I finally went in as my sister was driving. There were 2 people taking care of 2 people! No one thought to check the drive-thru. There were FIVE cars waiting! All trapped because once in line - you can't get out. The worst service EVER!

Called the pharmacy a few times to ask if they had a medication in stock. Each time I call and wait through the stupid phone tree messages, they don’t answer the phone or say anything. The just put the call directly on hold. What the hell kind of service is that?

The pharmacy’s hours, closing at 8pm on weekdays and 5pm weekends, are incredibly inconvenient and a major problem when needing to quickly fill prescriptions that get sent here. It would be better to not have a pharmacy than one with such limited hours.

Very poor performance, not tacking phone calls, even waiting half to hour disconnected calls, not returning call even after left couple of messages. Will never go this place

I use the pharmacy here. The staff is wonderful but they need more people on each shift.I have a question and I was on hold for over 10 minutes.I hung up.Walgreens Management get them more help.

I am a physician and trying to get my kids vaccinated here was a terrible experience. I had appointments and they weren't prepared at all. The tech had to keep asking the pharmacist the dose for a 4 year old. My 4 year old barely flinched, I was holding him tight, and the tech withdrew the needle and had to inject him again. He kept wiping the bleeding area with an alcohol wipe hurting my little guy. When my 7 year old was having a hard time, the pharmacist came in and told her if she couldn't calm down and do it soon her tech needed to get back to work. 1. She told my 7 year old if she kept being upset she would get out of it. 2. I made appointments. I understand understaffing but it's poor patient care to cut my appointment time short because you are understaffed.

Worst pharmacy ever. Always take 20 plus minutes to get through to someone on the phone and the drive through is always a 15-30 minute wait. The workers aren’t friendly and everyone seems confused.
