Zero stars! Zero help!Are you EVER going to answer your calls?Pathetic! Pharmacy! Ten minuets on hold. Then someone answers finally only to re put me on hold for an additional ten minuets. Everyone change pharmacies and save the time and effort and stress.This place is ran by a bunch of children who don’t take their job seriously.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with in my life. They have been telling me "it'll be here tomorrow" for 3 days. Then they get snippy when you ask questions. They do not care about you or your time.

It takes way too long to pick up a prescription, both in store and through the drive thru. Save yourself and use a different pharmacy.

They continuing to completely screw me over. Cancelled my refill without checking in with me to try and get it resolved. Also, they continue to switch out my medicine with another brand that my insurance doesn't cover, so it gets denied

Insanely slow drive up window. Waits of 40 minutes are not uncommon. Unfortunately, due to lane barriers, customers cannot pull out of the line once they queue up. The slow moving, over-tasked workers in the pharmacy act totally unfazed by this and act as if this was normal. There's no good excuse for these delays. Walgreens needs to either pay these people more and/or improve working conditions to decrease the obviously frequent turnover or get higher quality staff.

Disaster from top to bottom. Overcharge on every script compared to every other pharmacy in the area. Service is absolutely terrible. The pharm techs have never used computers and QR code scanning is barely understood by all employees. Good luck here but I’d recommend going anywhere else.

There have been numerous times where they didn't have what we needed in stock. I was told they would place an order for pen needles over 3 times before they actually ordered them. I have a diabetic in my house hold that cannot go without this. They give people problems when requesting they transfer the RX to another pharmacy. Last time we requested that they told us it would take 12-24 hours just for them to call. I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm so close to just transferring to another pharmacy. The people are lovely, but the system in place isn't a good one.

horrible! do not come here! told me 2 hours, i take off time from work to come and get my meds and they say my meds need to be checked?! like bruh give me my meds

awful pharmacy. no one had any idea what theyre doing. they tell me 2 hours, i come back and they say the pharmacist isnt there?! and i have to wait for it to be checked. what does that even mean.also the drive thru is insanely jank, almost scrapped my car with how messed up the road is

Calling to see if they have a prescription in stock that has been back ordered at many other pharmacy’s. The automated phone line doesn’t have an option for that, waited a long time to get through to the pharmacy, it kept ringing and they kept putting me on hold, when they finally answered they said “okay what is your question” instead of just saying hello, and then they hung up on me before I could even say anything.

Three people without insurance received a flu shot. They couldn't get my valid insurance card to work in their system and I am told I cannot get a flu shot. Oh, by the way, they have a sign posted stating "free flu shots". Disorganized and unwilling to assist. Find a better pharmacy

Pharmacy service is horrible your standing there & no one helps you. Had an issue with script & they were not helpful at all. Don't pick up their phone then pick up & put you on hold without acknowledging me. Walgreens in this area are not good. Won't be back.

Absolute horror show. Unbelievable how they can make you wait 40 minutes (!) behind just a few other cars in the drive-through pharmacy. Like, what are they even doing? How understaffed can they be?
