My husband and I received excellent customer service from Task. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all our concerns. He made it a very pleasant experience for us. The doctor also did a great examination of our eyes. We need more people like this that can provide the customers with exceptional service

Pretty terrible experience from start to finish. I never got a confirmation email for my appointment so then had to call them to confirm that they even got my appointment and I was on hold for almost 20 minutes. I asked them to send me any details I needed for my appointment and they said they couldn’t re-send. Then, when I got there for my appointment only 6 minutes late after getting lost, they told me I exceeded their 5 minute grace period (which is outlined in the email I never received) and they couldn’t accommodate me. Tried speaking to the manager and still nothing.Eventually saw the doctor after waiting because the next appointment didn’t show up, and the exam itself was fine.

Store didn't open until 10:30 (was supposed to be open at 10) when we had 10:20 & 10:40 apts. Store manager "Mario" was rude and dismissive and didn't even have an optometrist on site. When I asked for his info as well as corporates, he said " no, go get it online" I have reached out to cooperate several times and have yet to have anyone or even the district manager follow up. According to others who were waiting for them to open as well, they mentioned they have gone several times and the store wasn't open until well after 10am. Company takes no responsibility and the manager is RUDE! I would NEVER shop there!!! Terrible company, just look at the reviews online!!!! Run don't walk and spend ur money someplace else!!!

Can u please update hours with Google. Sucks to drive 30 min, thinking the place is open, only to see the store hours on glass say closed. I'm sure most of your customers search you online and come specifically for your service. Not foot traffic walking through mall.

Guest services / front of house - could care less. The eye inspection was thorough, glasses ordered ... and then nothing. No call or text when the glasses arrived. They sat there for a couple of weeks. I called and discovered. When I mentioned this to the rep, he could have cared less. No apology offered. Very much a "whatever" stare. Makes me hesitant to return for potential repairs or replacements.

I was treated with excellent care , but felt very bad for the staff. People continuously came in, and with only 2 people on the floor, staff was really hopping. However, as busy as things were, the 2 staff people treated everyone with respect and in a timely manner. When someone walked in while they were waiting on someone, they stopped, acknowledged the new person coming in, asked what they needed, and had them look for frames, or have a seat, etc. And they did not rush the person they were waiting on. They were very professional.

Worse place to go for exams or for any glasses/contacts orders. Customer service is horrible and management isn’t any better. They always say they will pass along my message to billing or their supervisor and I NEVER hear back from them. It’s been months since I called to speak to someone about an issue I had and still haven’t heard back. Today I called back regarding an issue with my contacts and again they had NO resolution. First time I placed an order with them I got a call from someone there saying my contacts were ready to pick up I go in and they said nothing was delivered. Got another call another day saying they received shipment and my contacts were suppose to be there but never got delivered. So last and final time I was told she would place the order again but had to wait until march to receive them, mind you this was beginning of January. I won’t even expect a call from their “supervisor” anymore because it never happens. Don’t waste your time here they are all no help and it’s nothing but frustration.

Never answered by any one, waited for 30 minutes on the phone. Also scheduled hours needs to be changed. It's Sunday and no one is awvailable to answer any questions while, website says they are open till 4 pm.. it's very inconvenient for other customers.

Two issues which support my rating Fitted for contact lens Lens for one eye was incorrect; so another wait of 10 days foe a replacement. Tried calling numerous times; did not receive call backDidcould not reach store nor receive a call back.

I have been using contacts for 10 years and I have never met a doctor as impressive as Dr. Tina Ho.The doctor was very understanding, professional, and helpful. I had been struggling with my prescription for 6 months and she took care of me and in 30 minutes she solved my problem.
