Was here in Sunday looking for 4 items. Didn’t find any of them and when I asked for help they said over there. WHERE?!?!?!? HISPANIC YOUNG MANAGER DIDNT HELP. I LEFT AND WENT TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION

I visited this location this past week to return some online orders. For some reason, they had the register set up in the middle of the store and closed off the ones at the end. There was one cashier. She seemed to be annoyed that I was returning things even though I'm not sure why it would matter to her besides giving her the extra work. She made a comment that next time I should just buy things in-store. I was put off by the experience as customers are the ones creating the job she has. I just don't get it sometimes. Anyway, the store was very organized besides that with a good selection of clothing and undergarments. Not much deals to be had unless you use a coupon or order online like I did though.

The cashier at this location with the register number 6015802 (found on reciept) was beyond DISGUSTING. I met up with my friend at the register as she was paying because I called her phone and she didn't answer, and the cashier very rudely told me to go to the back of the line, even though I literally drove her here and we came together, and we knew each other. She better be thankful that I didn't come with my black mom. Otherwise I would've cussed her out for racial profiling. She needs to be written up, as a manager at my job by Darien that is unacceptable customer service so full or prejudice snd discrimination!! Re evaluate your workers please! The girl in the fitting room was also very rude asking too many personal questions. Do better VS.

I've visited this VS/Pink numerous times over the years. The last few years, the customer service has gone downhill. I wanted to buy some new bras. I recently lost 50 pounds and wanted to get re-measured. I also wanted suggestions on a good everyday bra. I walked around and around and never was asked once if they could help me or even made eye contact. I finally asked for help and the young lady didn't even acknowledge me. I looked at another customer and she shrugged and said omg! So I left!Do better VS!!

I went in the store for an interview and as I was standing in line waiting for someone to talk to about it two girls were in front of me talking and not paying attention asking if I needed help or anything. Staff is just very rude in the store

Bra shopping is one of my least favorite things to do. Knowing it was that time and I had a coupon I stopped in. Associate Angela provided me an updated measurement and helped me select bras that would fit. She took her time and was patient with me. Other associates on the floor also approached me to ensure I found what I needed. I've been in other VS and have been completely ignored when I need assistance. Thankfully no line at checkout. Sometimes it can be busy, especially around holidays.

Awkward post haha, but I come here with my girlfriend. Store is always super busy, and because the stores are small, you always bump into other customers. Staff is very helpful and will approach you to offer help. Customers here can be very rude, but staff does a great job dealing with them. The store seems to be well-stocked and fairly clean.

Beautiful layout and things are always up to date but the staffing is my issue. A man is the manager and he is always hovering around the store and trying to be helpful but I would prefer the help of a woman in this setting. He refuses to let the ladies working there talk to you more than a few seconds before interjecting. I was told to contact the store for support about a payment by costumer service and when asked, this man directed to back to customer service…
