Nate was smooth talked. Said he was going to do all this stuff that he didn't do. He lied to me and I had to call customer care to get it resolved. Nate was so bad that customer care is doing a promo correction and waving fees. I would never go to that store again.

I went two weeks ago to see something that I didn’t like about my bill, anthony helped me with every single question I had. He was incredible to work with and I cant be happier that i met such a cool guy at a cellphone store.

Store closed at 8pm as we were walking up and they were supposed to be open until 9pm. Tried to ask them to open up, one of the employees saw me and shook their head “no”.
