When in had to get a label printed, both ladies in the store took care of me immediately and I was out of there in 5 minutes. Very painless, very helpful place. They are very courteous. Glad to go there Roosevelt road location.

Rude Mgt. Dominic, they lost my package (have only come here couple times), will never go here ever again. Never had issues with my city location where I typically go to.

I walked in at 4:01 and they wouldn’t take my Amazon return with a pre-paid label because they “closed at 4”. Seriously? All they had to do was scan it. Awful awful customer service, this isn’t the first time I’ve had an inconvenient service at this facility. I really hate UPS in general but this store is garbage.

Customer service here is terrible. The manager was not helpful at all. I paid for insurance on a package and the package never made it to its destination. All I asked for was a refund of the shipping cost, they couldn’t even help with that.

I now see there are several reviews with a similar experience I’m having. I was trying to return my package to an online seller, and now the package can’t be located. The online merchant never received the package and this UPS store didn’t provide a receipt. Now I have to open up an investigation with UPS and file a dispute with my bank. I will never use this location again.

Too bad I can't give ZERO stars!! This place is supposed to be open on Sunday until 3:00 pm. Was there yesterday at 2:54 pm, got inside to be only informed by a rude-couldn't-care less-employee they're already closed and I can come back the next day at 8:00 am. I was returning a couple of Amazon things. Scanning would literally take one minute. To be open until 3:00 pm means to be open for business and customers exactly until 3:00 pm. I left a message asking the store manager to call me. Of course no one bothered....

Heard new owners. Postage stamps 70 cents vs 60 cents at the Post Office and they are now charging to print labels for Amazon $2 a page! Not customer friendly more taking advantage of customers. Went to Elmhurst no fees easy going.

I dont use this place much but i had to next day a document to my son a few states away. I said i dont care what it costs, it must be there tomorrow. The older gentlemen in the background was listening and came up to assist the new young kid. I said just charge me for next day air. They went out of the way to say, this is a major ground route and we can say with near 99% positivity it will make it there next day which would save you a lot. After a few minutes on the computer they cam back and said sorry, if it must be there tomorrow, we need to do next day air. Trying hard to save me money (their profit) and give great service was impressive to me. They were professional (even the kid) and spent a lot of time which could have turned out to be a $7 delivery. I have a feeling some of these reviews are competitor's or something. Or maybe i went on a good day, not sure. I was impressed and the doc's showed up before noon the next day as they told me they would do. Ive only written a few online reviews in my life but this one seemed necessary, im not a serial cancel clown or a bot that spams bad reviews. That craps ruining the worth of reviews.

Never do business with Lombard store, Sent high end ham radio for service to Wisconsin. The older man said to not worry as my item will be bubble wrapped and secure. Upon delivery the receiving point notified me it was NOT packaged safely and it was pure luck it didn't get severely damaged. Never do business there!

Beware of this UPS store! I have tried to return items to Amazon here on two separate occasions. Each time the product never made it back to Amazon. In fact, items never made it beyond "Label Created" on tracking. I had to contact Amazon both times, a big inconvenience. I feel something questionable is going on at this location with Amazon returns. I gave this store the benefit of the doubt the first time, but I will not be back again. If you do use this store for sending, be sure to get a "drop-off package" receipt. It will help a lot when your package gets "lost."

I was very skeptical about coming to this location per the reviews and low star rating, but I work in customer service and understand that sometimes, the customer isn't right. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt! Today I came in to this location, was helped right away by Bob, and was taken care of in no time. I was warmly greeted by the lovely woman working with Bob this afternoon, and left with smiles. They were both so polite, helpful, and understanding. Great location!
