I recently had a very disappointing experience at this UPS store. I needed to ship an extremely important item using their Next Day Air Early service, guaranteeing delivery by 8:00 AM CT on Monday. I arrived at the store before 2:00 PM on Saturday, as instructed by staff to ensure Monday delivery.
However, on Monday morning, the tracking information still showed the package hadn't left the store. Concerned, I returned to the store and encountered staff who displayed minimal concern for my situation. The manager, who I spoke with later, presented with anger and unprofessionalism.
Despite the package evidently being at the store, I was denied the option to retrieve it and find an alternative delivery solution. Their refusal to acknowledge the mistake or offer any assistance was incredibly frustrating.
Later, I discovered the package wasn't even in the store, raising further concerns about misinformation and a lack of transparency. The customer service line offered no meaningful solutions or apologies, and didn't seem interested in addressing the situation.
Given the numerous online reviews reflecting similar experiences, it appears this isn't an isolated incident. This raises serious questions about UPS's ability to deliver on its promises and provide proper customer service.
I hope my experience serves as a warning to potential customers and encourages UPS to investigate these recurring issues."

This store is the friendliest to send things from and to get other services. They are always patient with each customer and make us feel valued.

I’ve only had good service here, and I’m fairly regular. It’s usually a rude customer who reflects what they feel is rude; seeing themselves in the mirror. I’m super friendly, upbeat, and understanding; this generates good service, folks.

That manager Dominic should be fired for real… Reading all these reviews and experience the rudeness nastiness from this little piece of *** really confirmed that this location has some serious issues…either they steal packages or they have no idea what they are doing but packages are missing left and right for sooo many people… item says its being dropped off but shipper never receives it back … This guys is so nasty that he even said he has the right to say who can come to to the store and who cant… he says ‘I cant help you with anything once item is dropped off i cant do anything about anything and says leave my store… this little piece of *****does not want to even look into the the issue doesn’t care if they lost your package or to see what happened…Once you drop your package through this location pray to God it gets delivered back with no issues …Otherwise you have to go through UPS file complains file discharges and for sure ill go above and beyond to get his a**** out of that location…Be aware !!!!

I was next in line waiting to get something notarized and the cashier left the person in front of me he was helping, took care of a customer that came in after me, and went back to helping the guy in front of me. Maybe I'll get assisted soon.

I have never received the level of customer service that Bhumi gave. She was very upbeat on point and very knowledgeable with what i needed for my shipping needs. She also explained all rates and insurance quotes for my shipment. I couldn’t turn down shipping at this location the way she went over and beyond packing my boxes for my shipment. Thank you so much for making this experience a very memorable one. I will be a return customer

Bhumi Patel is a fantastic customer service expert. I had a late package return and she guided me and helped me through communication with Amazon. I am extremely happy with the service I got. I highly recommend this UPS store
