I’ve always had a good experience at this gym. I’ve done a lot of classes with Brian and Lynn and they are both great, highly recommend.

Amazing gym, great workout equipment, I highly recommend for anyone reading this to get a membership here especially those working in the yorktown mall (such as myself). My only question to staff is: what’s the guest wifi password?

Best gym I’ve been to, & I’ve been to them all. Lots of space to learn ANYTHING. The coaches are very knowledgeable about any mixed martial art you may be interested in. The environment is very motivating. It has been a great experience. Coach Sebastian & Coach Brian are very helpful
