DO NOT CONSIGN HERE..the owner is disrespectful, unorganized, unprofessional. They lost my items(go figure) took her 6 months to find them. I was calling leaving message no response. Eventually talk to owner and she upset because I'm upset. I was super patient with her due to unorganized skills. Please take your business to a different location. The workers are nice and friendly

DO NOT CONSIGN OR SHOP HERE! When my mother-in-law passed away in 2022, I took at least 100 items to TLR to consign. I have spent the past 2 years trying to get paid for what has sold - multiple emails and calls, and even a BBB complaint that was ignored by Catrina and TLR. If you check the BBB website, this has happened to other consigners as well. THIS IS THEFT! Catrina is stealing clothes from others and then not responding when they ask to be paid. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!!

5 stars. The poor reviews and experiences are very shocking to read because I've only had pleasant experiences with this shop and its owner over the years. I began shopping & consigning here over ten years ago. I found the experience to be convenient and extremely helpful. Catrina has great style and can find pieces that will complement your shape and aesthetic. Some of my favorite pieces were amazing finds from this shop. My fur was a GREAT deal! Several purses and accessories. Dresses and special occasion wear, too. I will say that she is very selective when selecting piece to consign and I appreciate that. I prefer to shop high quality items versus a high quantity of items. I appreciate that she will try and sell items on eBay as well as in the store to increase the odds of sale. She's always been great about supporting community efforts and has a philanthropic spirit around certain causes. If you didn't have a pleasant encounter with this store, I encourage you to return and share what wasn't to your liking. An honest conversation and an open heart can make a huge difference. I will continue to support this local shop whenever I can.

When I visited the shop to drop off my items, the women that took my items was rude and acted like I was bothering her. She was definitely not a people person. I called a couple of times during the contract period to see if any of my items sold and again, the woman the I spoke with was rude and argumentative. She asked me to spell my last name and when I corrected her she was insulting and short with me. I called 2 weeks ago when my contract was up and the woman that I spoke with said that she was the owner. She was pleasant and said that she would send me a check immediately for the items that were sold and actually extend my contract for a month since many of my items were like new and from popular designers. I haven't receive the money due to me and I don't feel that I was treated in a professional manner by most of the staff . I guess that I will stop in the store for my check and just chalk it up as a very bad experience.

Great place to shop for high quality gently used items at reasonable prices. Every time I go there I find something as there is a wide variety of items in a range of sizes. Shop is updated regularly, and you can also get fairly priced alterations on items either purchased at the store or purchased elsewhere. Friendly and helpful staff. Located right across the street from the new Helen Plum Library. You should check out the impressive updates to both places.

This was my first time ever selling clothing by consignment. I ended up taking in clothing/purses/shoes three different times. Each time, Kathy was there, and was very helpful. I took in the maximum, although not everything was accepted. Each time, there was a $15 consignment fee. My first contract expired 7/17/22, the second one 7/27/22 and the third 10/1/22. I have never received ANY compensation for my items. I have called 5 times. Each time I was told that the money would be sent to me through Zelle. The last time I called was last week, 10/13/22. Apparently Catrina (the owner) was out of town. Kathy called me back later in the day to say that she spoke with Catrina, and I would get the money by the next day. Here we are, four days later and still nothing. I would never recommend for anyone to consign with them.

I came to the store at 10:30 AM on Wednesday. Everywhere online it says they open at 10 AM yet no one was there. I don't live in the area and I had made a special trip so needless to say I am not happy.

If you are thinking about doing business with this store - DON'T DO IT! This is my first time trying to consign clothing. Preparing for an out of state move, I took the time to clean and press my clothing. I brought in the maximum items on three separate occasions (clothing, shoes, and purses). Each time, I paid the required $15 consignment fee. I never received an itemized listing of anything. The expiration dates on my things were 7/17/22, 7/27/22, and 10/1/22. Since I was already out of state at this point, I let them know they could donate any unsold items. I have called five times, and each time, was told that Catrina would Zelle me my money. My last call was on Oct. 13. I spoke with Kathy, and was told the owner was out of town. She called me back later in the day, stating that the owner would send my proceeds by the next day. It is now five days later, and of course I have heard nothing. At this point I think my only recourse is to contact the Better Business Bureau.

This shop is small but boy, is there something (correction: multiple things) for everyone! I feel so bad because I don’t remember who was helping me but she was so sweet and attentive, and not at all pushy like sometimes consignment shop people can be. She even gave me discounts on things that were full priced + the stuff that was already on sale was 50% off. I spent more money than I usually would simply because I couldn’t pass on the deals! I definitely could’ve spent more because I didn’t even approach the purses or the jewelry since I had to cut myself off at some point. I mean for real, I got two Chico’s blazers/fall coats that easily could’ve been $150-200 in store for $20 each (they were half off)!!!I will most definitely be back and will be bringing friends with me. Thanks for the great shopping experience!!
