Product I ordered won't be delivered until later in the month but the sales experience overall was excellent. Very friendly, engaging but not high pressure. Store was clean. My first visit here so plan to return when I have new sales needs.

Went there for a mattress…they have a big selection and I found one that was made the “ old fashioned “ way. Eric was very knowledgeable, and Eddie and Josh were too! It was nice to shop with such friendly and “ non-pushy” salespeople! Can’t wait to get my mattress….

I ordered a bed which I really liked and made arrangements to change travel plans to have it delivered. The Dump called me texted me for the delivery but the day of the delivery they canceled the delivery. They said a piece was out of stop. I NOW REALIZED THEY LIED TO JUST SECURE THE SALE. SO PLEASE TELL THEM YOU'LL TAKE IT WITH YOU.

James Knapp was my salesperson. He was great, he went above and beyond to help me look for Mgbw furniture. He was so patient. I found a leather chair which I love. I didn’t buy it at first visit but came back to get it. He was really helpful. I hope to find some other pieces when they get more truck loads in. Barbara Riley was also very helpful.Great team at your Lombard store.

Terrible customer service. My sister and I were in this store for about 45 minutes looking around and not one of the 12 people working and standing around, acknowledged us for anything, not even a hello!! Terribly unwelcoming ...sticking with DARVIN

For a few weeks I looked on line for a recliner sofa set. I finally went to the Dump located in Lombard, IL. The sale associate help me with my selection and purchase until the completion.

matk helped a lot when we came into the store. He gave us the opportunity to browse and then would stop by and answer questions. He was never pushy and offered other choices at better prices for mattress. We ended up buying quite a bit. The store had a lot of inventory to choose from too.
