went in to pickup a order instead of drive up because it was so cold and snowy i felt bad doing that to the employees, but when i walked in, 4 employees at the pickup counter all gave me a blank stare and ignored me. i even gave a slight awkward smile waiting for at least a hello. safe to say their rudeness has assured I will never do pickup again, you can all have fun going out into the bitter cold to bring my heavy orders to my car for me :)

A deaf staff fulfilling an order cart was willing to stop and help me instead. I had first approach another employee who pointed to where the bottled water was located - "the wall". However, there were only about 6 to 7 items each (drinking and distilled) left and worst yet they were all on the top shelf! So I needed a step stool, but was unable to locate one nearby. Unlucky I saw a staff member with an order cart approaching but when he signed I realized he couldn't understand. I had a facemask on! Knowing he is on a time schedule to fulfill his cart I decided to go back to the first employee who pointed the bottle location. But for some reason he ignored my request, and so I decided to go back to resolve the problem myself. This is when I noticed the deaf employee was still waiting for me. I pointed to where I needed him for help. Being tall he was able to grab 12 bottles (I signed 6 drinking and 6 distilled each), but he had to work hard because the items were all on the far edge. I thanked him several times to show my appreciation. If not for his patience to wait, I might have gotten hurt because I was determined to climb and get my waters. Must be the Holy Spirit nudging him to wait and help an impatient customer!

I was in Electronics looking for a earbud case. I only know I needed a soft one so I wanted to open it. An associate can up to me and asked if he could help me. I told I needed to see if it was soft. He said they were but continue and walked away. Not very friendly. I had to seek another associate for another item I wanted. He was friendly and tried to assist me. I had every intention of purchasing the earbuds and did but I am not happy with how I was treated. I also asked the cashier if I could open them she hesitated and did not let me just said they are! I work in retail and would not treat a customer like this.

I want to take a quick moment and shine a light on the associate "Star". She went above and beyond to help me find two items I needed and made sure I enjoyed my shopping experience. In general, this is a nice and quiet store that comes with a Starbucks. I recommend this target.

I want to start by saying how much I appreciate Kathy. She is one of the associates and was so kind to me when I realized that I had left my card at home and would have to leave my purchases and come back to the store.She watched my cart the whole time and was an absolute delight.Other associates have been wonderful too. Looking up product locations and prices.It really is a joy to shop here

Ever since they made renovations, it’s a great store! Always was but now it’s much better. Target is one of the only stores that has adequate staffing for the self checkout areas. The staff were super helpful which I really appreciated when I couldn’t find what I was looking for (the Target app kept sending me to the wrong aisles).

Decently clean target with big selection. Since the apartments went up, there can be some congestion entering the parking lot. Lots of self checkout lanes. Bathrooms decently clean.

Guest services at Lombard store is poor. I was there the other day and there was only one employee at the counter. There was a customer trying to return some tables and shoes his wife had purchased. He did not have receipts nor how to find them on the app. This was his fault. However there was a line of 4-5 customers waiting to return items and no additional staff was called. After 10 minutes when the Target employee could not figure out how to do the return, she called for help. A person came out from the back to help. She should have called immediately for help when she saw the line of customers waiting. Then both of them helped the one customer. This took another 5 minutes. Eventually the furniture issue was resolved and one of them began to take the customers who had been waiting for pickups/returns in the line. I left when the gentleman couldn't find the receipts for the 2 pair of shoes!

I forgot my bag with 3 items ( shampoo conditioner and oil for hair) after my paiement and somebody very pleasant help me, I'm very satisfying about that, I offer a bouquet of flowers to thanks her, this target is very impressive with people love their job, sorry for my English I'm french.

Service desk spent the time looking at their phones and laughing while my son stood there. Only decided to help him, when they saw me approach. Only went to the store because of my son. I gave up on target a long time again. Not a store I would spend my $$ at in the first place. But now my son feels the same way.

June at target is all out 5 star. she knows how to make the customer smile while spending money. she kept us smiling and engaged. everyone that we interacted with was pleasant, but the finish was superb. They have a vast selection of fresh produce, groceries and clothing. This is a one stop shop. Parking is available as well .

Saw the barista pour lemonade in a dirty pitcher which caused me to further investigate and see how filthy the Starbucks is. Good thing the employees ignored me so they didn’t see me take these photos which is also a reflection of the poor customer service I received.

Well stocked, super quick helpful staff, Starbucks inside was super helpful. Love shopping here, ample parking.
