Felt rushed and wasn’t allowed to purchase my items because the cashier Fred didn't care that the system was down and wouldn’t take my payment. Also spoke to the manager and her only response was that the store was now closed and he no longer could take my payment. She also ignored the fact we tried to pay for the last 8 mins and it wouldn’t accept any. Get better staff!!!

Michelle and Jennifer were amazing!!
I was so nervous to return the items. It took me a couple months to finally go and do the returns. I didn’t have anything in order. They were so sweet and smiled the whole time.
I love target and I love these two employees.
Thank you again for making it such an easy and stress free process.

Good store but why aren’t both entrances open? For how busy the store is, you’d expect to not be locked in on one side

Went for a return. one item I had the receipt for the other item I used a gift card. I understand if someone can’t honor with the gift card and return, but the customer service here with the lady at the desk was horrific not a smile, not anything it was extremely uncomfortable. I did go to another target and was able to get my return issued with the gift card that I used. Probably won’t be coming here again and will travel the 10 miles to my favorite target moving forward. I didn’t get her name. It was today 4/8 around 8:15 AM-8:30. She was rude.

Went to change my baby in the women’s restroom, and found screws tucked into the hinge area of the changing table pointed side out. Thankfully I noticed them before my baby was hurt. Upon taking them out they were white cup hooks, not just loose screws that fell. So clearly intentionally placed. Notified employees and was told “they check the bathrooms”. Clearly not.

The parking lot is littered with beer bottles, liquor bottles, dirty diapers and trash. The store is clean on the inside, everything is well maintained and the employees are great but the parking lot is gross...

First off, a million thanks to Hannah and the many people who helped me yesterday - they went above and beyond and I couldn't have made this happen without them. A elderly friend of mine was with me when she had a bad case of food poisoning that was so gross and she was so embarrassed for creating a scene. I approached one of the employees and she immediately went to work. I cut up large bags to line my car and purchased an oversized towel for the front seat. Hannah and her crew brought us items to clean up my friend so I could drive her home. Again, thanks.
