This place is a joke. It’s dirty, dark and smelly. The carpet is old and worn looking and hasn’t been cleaned in ages, which is probably where the smell comes from. Don’t expect anyone to answer the phone. They called me back a lot when I was trying to rent the unit. After I got in and needed some help I called several (10) times and got no one. When you go in person nobody is ever there and they put the sign up explaining they’ll be back. This is nothing against the actual workers but more against the company itself. It’s very poorly run. Our experience at Public Storage was MUCH better! We even had an app where we could manage our entire account.
If you don’t like quality and just need a spot to store and don’t care about customer service or the facility then this is your spot. But if you like quality, customer service and better facilities then this is not the place for you. Hope this helps.

It is one of the best rentals I could’ve ever come across. The price is good. I had search three more other places they were fast they made your appointment. It’s very clean is very comfortable. I recommend storage Mart to anyone. I know I had them a couple years ago and they have not changed. Good service good respect good customer service, they are the best in Lombard so I recommend storage Mart to anyone
