Nick Janet and team have exceptional service and genuinely care for clients! I’ve been with them for over 10 years without needing much support. But recently, my family had a teen accident and we had no idea how to handle the situation. Called Nick’s office and was helped by Kathy. She addressed my issue and quickly resolved it. I have had insurance through Nick and his two predecessors since 1971, when I first got my drivers license! Later when I got a house,, that was added to my State Farm insurance portfolio as well.

We’ve had State Farm for a few years, but the agent was far away and not very quick to answer questions or requests. We wanted to switch to someone closer and more available, but were apprehensive about it. So we reached out to Nick’s office, and Giselle very patiently explained the process and answered my many questions and concerns.
