“This 5 star review is for odalis usually every time we come here she takes really good care of us. But an incident happened a few days ago, this happened after I believe the manager had already left a employee with short curley hair kept coming around us while we kept looking for sandals, and every time we were looking moving the boxes and putting them back where they were supposed to. She would get in our way without saying excuse me , and it bothered her my daughter was looking around to pick out what she wanted to get. I get it if she was trying to fix the shoe boxes but it's common courtesy to say excuse me if your trying to get in people's way. I hope this gets addressed with that employee.”
“What a fantastic store at Yorktown! We were in town from Canada, and wanted to buy two bear shirts but they were only large and we needed medium. Once we got back to Canada, I called to see if there was any way we could have some shipped. The staff kept keeping me posted as to ways to have them sent to Canada. I received many calls from Yorktown. They got a hold of Lucy, at their warehouse, and she quickly set me up with the way to have them shipped to Canada. Your staff at Yorktown and the warehouse are phenomenal. Well done Clark Street!”

“Ousmane was a pleasure to deal with I needed something that they didn’t have in store and I also purchased a pair of shoes for my son online to secure them since they were the last pair in his size. In order for me to be able to utilize my coupon I needed to do a return and he did without a problem and was very helpful. The kid I asked before was clueless maybe he was just new but the person that really was unpleasant was Amanda in the back. I asked for help with finding some socks and she could not had been more bothered. If you’re going to work in retail, be pleasant that’s it. I really wanted to rerun everything and leave but Ousmane stepped in and said let me help you sir, it’s no problem at all.”
