The whole team at Speedpro was professional and a pleasure to work with when designing products for my business CLEARLY REFORMER PILATES. From the design process to install they were communicative and timely. Pricing was fair and every product they provided (temporary window graphics, halo lighted logo sign, and oversized wall art) exceeded our expectations. Will be a repeat customer for sure.

As a planner, I made, the very rare mistake of not checking ALL of the custom menus that would be set based on each guest's entree selection. Bottomline, 65 of the menus were missing, and the wedding was in 2 days. I uploaded the file via their website (really easy to do) in the evening after their office was closed, and within 12 hours, I heard from Andrea Vera. She was awesome! I was told that the paper I requested was almost out of stock for them; apparently, another planner had a menu issue too!! I was just about to lose all hope when she & I made the plan to run out to buy the cardstock from an office supply store (special for this order) and have the items printed that day. I was unsure if my husband could pick them up for me, as I was in the city all day. Andrea offered to deliver the prints to my home on the way to her home, it was about 10 minutes out of her way, but she wholeheartedly offered. Now come on, who goes that above & beyond to help out for an order that wasn't too big but was very important?? I'll tell you Andrea & the team at Speed Pro in Downers Grove, that's who! My appreciation for their help (& saving my a**) when I needed a break will never be forgotten; I will only use them from here on out! THANK YOU!!!!
