The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I fell comfortable coming into the store and know I will be assisted and leave with what I need. I love that my questions get answers and no one tries to upsell me or push items on me I don't really need or asking for.

Stopped at the Bloomingdale store to get some white paint samples for doors and trim. They were out of a few I needed. This was during pandemic 8/19/204 employees 1 had a mask half way on and not helpful.Then I stopped at the Lombard store same day there was 1 employee around 4 pm. He was very helpful and friendly but was out of same paint samples so he let me borrow the full paint fan deck Great customer service!

Service is much better at Glen Ellyn location… It is certainly not welcoming to push masks on patrons. Especially when I have been all over town with no masks for months and here is one store in all of Chicago land who wants pressure customers into wearing masks. It’s just enough with the ridiculous policies.

I stopped in this store to get some white paint samples for painting doors and trim. I only saw 1 employee did not get his name this was on 8/19 around 4 pm. He was very helpful and friendly . Great customer service!A few hours earlier I stopped in the Bloomingdale Sherwin Williams (they were out of samples too) but there were about 4 employees only 1 had a mask on ! Was not covering his nose.This is what led me to the Lombard store.

I LOVE this store! Sherwin Williams paint is a dream to work with. It stays on the brush, doesn't glop up and leaves walls looking like velvet. Service is friendly and fast. Makes me look for rooms to paint just so I can go look at their color selection. Highly recommend!
