During open hours the staff is friendly and accommodating. Easy access after hours with your code and storage key. You can pull in for covered access.

Will at the Lombard is a great manager of the storage facility. He always was helpful and pleasant. I would use Safe Guard again because if Will.

Clean, convenient (for the most part) and well-managed. Will was always a pleasure to work with and provides exceptional customer service (and has a great sense of humor). Safeguard Lombard was very accommodating to my specific needs and questions. They also have a very easy setup for loading and unloading.After a while, things degraded a bit in convenience. The side door, which was very close to my unit, began to stay locked even during posted "open" hours. It was a bit of a crapshoot that required me to go test to see if I'd be able to haul in or out that day, which was annoying. It was especially annoying when I needed to coordinate renting or borrowing a truck. Calling and asking about the issue didn't seem to help things.Beyond that, I had a positive experience at Safeguard and would recommend it to anyone looking for a storage solution.

Great storage facility. Safety measures in place and pin pad lock at the door. Video surveillance system and motion activated lighting, which is very nice. It's safe and secure. Visited with a Friend to get some things from their storage and was impressed. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Nice place.
